The Seattle Seahawks will look to pull off the upset when they face the Kansas City Chiefs. Read on for our top Seahawks vs. Chiefs NFL pick based on current odds. 

After a 6-3 season start, the Seahawks lost four of their last five games, and are now in danger of falling out of the playoffs altogether. This week, they take on the Chiefs, who won seven of their last eight matchups.

While the Chiefs look like the best team in football at times, the last three weeks left a lot to be desired. KC lost to the Cincinnati Bengals, gave up 28 points to the Denver Broncos, and needed overtime to beat the one-win Houston Texans. So, who has the Week 16 advantage?

The Chiefs opened as 9.5-point favorites, and while the line hasn't changed much, it moved to the key number of 10 and settled there (except at FanDuel, where you'll find a 10.5, at least for now. The Chiefs are still getting nearly three-quarters of the cash and tickets on Pregame.com.

The total opened at 48 and has been bet up to 50.5 as of Saturday morning. The Over is still getting 85% of the cash, so this number could hit 51 before kickoff Saturday.

While it'll be very cold at Arrowhead Saturday, there's no inclement weather expected during the game. Because of that, it's strange this number isn't higher.

The Seahawks allow 25.4 points per game. They've let 11 of 14 opponents score at least 21 points this season, and gave up at least 20 in six consecutive contests. Those aren't good trends for a team against KC quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ offense.

Despite their lackluster defense, the Seahawks' O-line has been solid this year. They average 25.4 PPG, and scored 20 or more in six of their last eight.

The Chief’s D has been terrible recently. In the last two weeks, they faced two of the NFL's worst offenses, and allowed each to score at least 24 points. In their previous five matchups, they let four opponents hit 24. All of those were on the road, but even playing at home, the Chiefs’ defense should give up enough to Seattle to allow this to comfortably go Over.
