The Eagles will look to inflict a third consecutive defeat upon the Saints when the teams meet at Lincoln Financial Field this Sunday. Find out why we like Philadelphia in our Saints and Eagles picks.

The Philadelphia Eagles are 4-6 for the season, but they are still in the Wild Card race. It is interesting to note that Philadelphia is 0-4 at home this year and 4-2 on the road, which does not bode particularly well for this game.

The New Orleans Saints remain second in the NFC South with a 5-4 record after suffering narrow defeats to the Falcons and the Titans. They currently occupy a Wild Card berth, but they need to return to winning ways quickly. New Orleans is 5-4 ATS this season, while the Eagles are 5-5.

Here are my picks and predictions for the NFL Week 11 matchup between the Saints and the Eagles (odds via PointsBet; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Saints vs. Eagles Odds Analysis

Philadelphia is the 2-point favorite to win this game. Most sportsbooks are offering standard -110 lines on either team covering that spread, but reduced juice site SBK has -104 on New Orleans +2. PointsBet also has -107 on either team covering.

The total is 43 at most sportsbooks, but BetMGM has -110 on Under 43.5 if you think it will be a low-scoring game.

Saints vs. Eagles Predictions

Eagles -2 (-107)

Injury problems could ultimately prove to be the Saints downfall in this game. The team has coped admirably in the absence of Jameis Winston, but Trevor Siemian may just lack the creativity to drive his team to victory in this game.

The main concern for New Orleans is the status of Alvin Kamara, out currently with a knee injury. The Saints played the Tennessee Titans close last Sunday, despite missing the star running back, but he is obviously a big miss. He did not train on Thursday and his status is uncertain. Even if he does play, he will not be 100 percent. Offensive tackles Terron Armstead (knee/shoulder) and Ryan Ramczyk (knee) are also major doubts, and it might be tough for the Saints to stop their losing streak without these important players.

The Eagles have not won a single game at home this season, but surely that run must end at some point. This Saints defense is very strong, and it should keep this game close, but the Eagles have greater momentum and confidence right now. They've struggled against the top offenses this season such as the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs, but it should get the better of this depleted Saints team.

Under 43.5 Points (-110)

For all the reasons outlined above, the Saints could struggle to put up points in this game. New Orleans’ greatest strength on Sunday will be its lockdown defense, which is strong enough to make life very difficult for Jalen Hurts.

The Eagles’ red hot rushing attack will come up against the number one rush defense in the NFL, which could also dent Philadelphia’s chances of racking up a large points tally in this game.

It has all the hallmarks of a tight, tense clash between two teams that desperately need a win, and thus the Under 43.5 points looks appealing.
