Fox was dominant against the Trail Blazers in the regular season, and I believe him going under this line in each of the first two games in this series is just noise. He attempted 15 or more shots in Games 1 and 2 and was somewhat unlucky to not cash this bet in either outing.
Despite the two 17-point performances, he's still averaging 23 points per game against the Trail Blazers this season, including a 25-point outing against Portland on April 8, less than three weeks ago. Fox's Over 19.5 points is -111 at FanDuel, but I would play this up to -125 on the best sports betting apps.

I risked 1.37 units on Clingan's rebounding prop because I like the bet directionally, and I believe the market is overreacting to Wembanyama participating in shootaround today. I risked less on Fox's prop because the line is closer to where I would set it. I expect the Spurs to win straight up, but I would consider taking the points with the Trail Blazers if the line reaches 4.5.
