It’s one of the busiest Wednesdays of the NBA season with a whopping 13 games scheduled, including a national TV doubleheader. There will be plenty of good options for a three-way parlay selection, in which we'll only use moneylines.

There are a lot of key players either already ruled out or in question for Wednesday's games, so keep in mind that odds can change. It's always wise to wait as long as possible to make a wager and have the most up-to-date player status information.

We do know, however, that LeBron James will miss another game for the Los Angeles Lakers as they host the Miami Heat in a rematch of the 2020 NBA Bubble Finals. The Heat could be missing Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo, so with so much uncertainty, we'll stay away from that game.

Here's a look at my top parlay picks for Wednesday's NBA action (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale):

NBA Parlay Picks: November 10

Wizards -145 vs. Cavaliers ???Rockets -165 vs. Pistons ????Pacers -155 vs. Nuggets ????

Wizards (-145) vs. Cavaliers

Why bother with the spread of three points here and risk a backdoor cover by the Cavaliers? Cleveland actually has been a very good wager this season, but we have to fade the Cavs at home on Wednesday because of injury/COVID.

Excellent young guard Collin Sexton left Sunday's game against the New York Knicks with what turned out to be a torn meniscus in his left knee, so the former lottery pick is obviously out indefinitely. The 22-year-old averaged 24.3 points in 60 games for Cleveland last season and was averaging 16 points and 3.3 rebounds this year in 28.7 minutes. Ricky Rubio will get more playing time as a result. The veteran blew up for 37 points on Sunday, but we're confident that was a fluke.

Forwards Kevin Love and Lauri Markkanen remain in the COVID protocols and will not play. Love averages 9.9 points and 7.3 rebounds and Markkanen grabs 12.9 points and 5.9 rebounds. Including Sexton, that’s a massive amount of lost production.

Washington enters on a two-game winning streak and was 3-0 versus Cleveland last season.

Pistons vs. Rockets (-165)

Why is a game between the 1-8 Detroit Pistons and 1-9 Houston Rockets nationally televised by ESPN? Because it's the first NBA matchup between No. 1 overall pick Cade Cunningham and the Rockets' Jalen Green, the No. 2 overall selection. It's way too early, but Green has been the better player despite not playing college basketball at all.

Detroit has the NBA's worst point differential at minus-12.3 and is 0-4 on the road, losing each by at least eight points. Starting point guard Killian Hayes is in some question tonight as well.

The injury news appears good for the Rockets with Eric Gordon and Danuel House both expected to return. Gordon is second in the NBA in three-point shooting percentage at 52.9 percent.

Second-year forward Jae'Sean Tate is emerging for the Rockets, averaging 16.3 points on 61 percent shooting in the past four after averaging 6.3 points on 32.1 percent shooting the three games prior.

Pacers (-155) vs. Nuggets

I backed the Under 209 points in this game in our top Wednesday NBA picks because the Denver Nuggets will be without superstar and reigning league MVP Nikola Jokic due to a one-game suspension as well as Michael Porter Jr. because of injury.

No team in the NBA is more dependent on one player than the Nugs are on Jokic, who is averaging 25.4 points, 13.6 rebounds, and 5.7 assists - leading the team in all three categories (plus in steals and blocks).

The team will struggle to function without him and Indiana will have a massive frontcourt edge with Myles Turner and All-Star Domantas Sabonis. The Pacers also will have a big backcourt advantage with the expected return from a two-game absence of former NBA Rookie of the Year Malcolm Brogdon.

Combined odds: Knicks (-145) + Rockets (-165) + Pacers (-155) = +346
