While the wagers aren’t significant, it’s incredible he’s receiving any action at all considering his swing.

The event is loaded with current and former professional athletes in addition to other celebrities, including Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, Tony Romo, Stephen Curry, Annika Sorenstam, Pat McAfee and Justin Timberlake.

First place is awarded $125,000 in prize money, and it’s hosted at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course in Stateline, NV.

Additionally, the tournament uses a Modified Stableford scoring format that awards points to players depending on their score for each hole instead of a traditional stroke play format.

Actor Jack Wagner, famous for his roles on “General Hospital” and “The Bold and the Beautiful”, is the only non-athlete to win the American Century Championship, and he’s accomplished the feat twice.

He’s probably a better bet than Barkley.
