The 44-year-old Englishman hasn’t played since finishing third at The Players Championship, and this will be the second consecutive event he’s withdrawn from.

Casey withdrew from the Valspar Championship because of back spasms, and then he conceded consecutive matches at the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play before withdrawing ahead of his third match.
