2022 NBA Draft: Paolo Banchero Now Favorite to Go First Overall

Sportsbooks have made Duke Blue Devils forward Paolo Banchero the betting favorite to be the first overall selection in the 2022 NBA Draft.

FanDuel Sportsbook Smith Jr. listed at -200 odds to go first overall on Monday, but now he’s +115.

Banchero, on the other hand, was trading at +950. FanDuel is now attaching a -210 number to the Duke freshman being the first player selected Thursday night.

Gonzaga Bulldogs center Chet Holmgren had the second shortest to be the first overall pick on Monday, but now he trails both Banchero and Smith Jr.

Here are the latest NBA Draft odds for the first overall selection from DraftKingsCaesars and FanDuel Sportsbooks.
