          Glad to hear it was all sorted out.

          I'd say you should have asked the first customer service rep to re-check or forward you to an account manager, problem is a lot of these people are low level clerks reading off scripts with minimal understanding of the systems they're using.

          Justbet seems to be an alright company but don't judge them, or any book really by its minimum wage clerks, although good customer service is always refreshing.

            I don't know why people need to jump on books like this. It's somewhat usual that you'll have to talk to more than one person. It sucks, but even at Pinny and BM two different people will give different answers. Be calm and reasonable and it'll normally work out. If it's taking more than a day or two, then react.
