cw issue - still no reply from sbr
following complaint has been filed on tuesday and so far i have not received a reply from sbr:
Some of you say they are legit - ok. I say they are trying to scam me on my winnings I made back in April. In April players from Germany were still allowed to play there. So in the onliest week I was able to play there I won a bot over 900 USD. A day later there was a message saying that my country was allowed to play there by mistake and they will contact me in ref to a wd within 48 hours (my country will be added in the following 90 days).
I contacted them by chat and was told that Germany will be added by June. So I decided to let my winnings stay in the account and play there again in June. It was June, Germany was still not added and I made a wd request. That request was declined. I asked them in the chat again why it was declined and I was told I ve to send in my docs. I did that and asked them again when Germany will be added. They told me by July. July - Germany was still not added. I asked again and was told of August. August - chat with Ben - September for sure. September - was told of some small problems - within the next two week. WD request - declined. October - this months for sure. This week I made another wd request but checked it in the chat first. The operator told me I have to contact cashier and they will inform me about a payment solution. So I contacted them and received the following replies:
1. We will start accepting customers from Germany after the first of the
year. We are finishing up another funding option first!
2. You cant withdraw any funds until we do business in your area
3. You can not withdraw funds until we do business in your area, like you
have been told before!
Then they told me that I had the chance to wd in April (I tried that but it was declined and then I was told they offer their service in June, July etc...).
4. We did and you did not settle back then!
They are basically blaming me now. They never sent me an email or offered me any payment. Now they say that I had the chance to ask for my funds (what I tried to) and say that I won`t get paid until at least January.
What kind of business is that? They say that they are legit but want me to wait for 9 months or so for a lousy 900 USD payment. I thought they stand to their word and pay any customer who has a positive balance. If they stand to their word they should pay me by moneygram or moneybookers. This is a really sad story.
