I see Linesmaker has a C- rating while other Jazette books such as Superbook have a D- rating. I don't understand why Linesmaker has a higher rating when everything seems the same.
It was my understanding that the Linesmaker website and wagering software was similar to the other Jazette books but I thought linesmaker was supposed to have better management and better customer service.
I requested a debit card withdrawal from Linesmaker in September and their system says payment was sent on 10/9 and they told me the money would be on my card within 5 days but it still isn't on my card. I keep wasting my time with their live chat and they just keep assigning refernce numbers and then say the system says it was paid. I just seem to get generic responses from them and have no confidence that anyone is actually doing something.
Is there a management contact at Linesmaker that I can talk with or send an e-mail to and get a real response?
