WSEX sports book has been uncharacteristically slow to pay. I requested a withdrawal on 10/2 for $4000 and over a month later had nothing.
I called them and they put me on hold for a long, long time and finally came back and apologized that their processor had closed. So they said I'd receive an overnight carrier tracking number via email and they would pay the fee.
Sure enough, later in the week I did get the tracking number and a check. However, only part of my requested amount arrived with an explanation saying their processor can only send $3000 at a time and the remaining amount would come later. No date specified. That was 10/8. It's 10/16 and nothing still. Today they told me to wait until next week to call again.
I've NEVER had this problem with them and I am pretty much finished with them and maybe all online services for now. I'd rather not add 'payment risk' to the variance offered by wagering!! Am I wrong? Could it really be just administrative? They have always been the most reputable of businesses, but I'm really worried and I truly didn't think $4000 was that big of an amount for this type of place.
