why debit card aren't more common

any thoughts on why debit cards aren't available at all books,

Betjam has one, considered by many to be the best in the business, creditwagering has them , a newcomer , but what about cris or 5dimes , i think many players would gladly pay a premium above the banking charges for this convenience

Hey, welcome to the forum...
Im not sure why they arent used more often, I think they would be really convenient. But you may not know, the US has very strict/ambiguous rules when it comes to online gambling so it may be difficult to get the legality of it all worked out.

If you only want to deposit $500 or less Debit cards our fine. Only problem you have to send in your ID, and CC to get a payout, Just one more step to slow up getting your money.
