matchbook having some delays

Typically, matchbook gets "courier" checks to me within 3 days but they tell me that they've changed their processor recently and thus are experiencing delays.

I contacted them because my courier check request from August 27 has not arrived yet (that's 9 full calendar days).

I have complete faith in Matchbook. This posting is not meant to criticize them....only to inform.


Don't blame them. Blame the Republicans and George Bush as they are directly responsible for passing the UIGEA.

I have faith that my August 27 check will arrive by Monday or Tuesday. Nonetheless, there does seem to be a delay from 2 or 3 days to around the 10+ day mark. Hopefully, it's temporary. I still recommend Matchbook to anybody

I concur sir. I have much faith in Matchbook as well. In fact to avoid these types of issues in the future, my advice to posters is to do a book to book transfer to either 5Dimes or BetJamaica and endure the 1x rollover in order to get problem free processing.

my cousin is a player there and hes also waiting on a check from them that has taken almost 2 weeks.... they told him they changed processors but cant give him a tracking number yet.....

hes done b2b transfers successfully but hes starting to get worried about his check
he doesnt post in any forums but ill keep you updated if status changes

Let us know when your brother gets his check. Psychologically, 2 weeks is the threshold where even a patient guy like myself begins to get annoyed.

No, I requested regular mail.

Those fed-ex payouts were like clockwork. got the tracking # the next day. Money 2 days after that.

the reason why its coming up invalid is because fedex hasnt picked it up yet from the processor...once they do it will be in the system... But when?

this will be his 3rd week coming up.

I was just planning on sending them funds again but im waiting to see what happens this week.

I remember back when I played with them and would request a courier check it was at my door in 2-3days

I mysteriously received an e-mail today telling me that my check was processed? I replied asking them, Which check because I'm waiting on 3 of them! They never sent me e-mails like that before. I suppose it's their attempt to calm the customers.

Did you not read the original post? The FedEx checks are being delayed due to standard industry processing problems. Welcome to 2008

To be honest with you Katstale, I didn't get a chance to look into this matter today, because I was loaded down with other duties that piled up over the weekend that i'm just catching up on still tonight. However, I will look into this matter first thing in the AM.

Matchbook told me today that they have processed the August 27 and even my latest Sep 6 withdrawal.......whatever that means.
I am also curious if they sent out a batch of "courier" checks in regular mail.

TeamPlayer, it would put Matchbook in a bad light if they said that no checks have been processed yet. By saying that withdrawal requests dated so and so have been processed, it would certainly calm everybody down.

However, I think it is futile for us to continually hound Matchbook because they will always say that it (our withdrawal requests) is now in the hands of their processor which, unfortunately for us, we don't have access to. Does anybody even know who their processor is? If yes, how should we contact their processor? How do we go about following-up on our check requests?

I am happy I saved/made $89 through this debacle.

whats funny is the only people receiving checks are guys that just signed up to sbr recently
