Is there still a feasible hassle free methods to dep and withdraw for US players. And is this changing on a weekly basis?

Moneygram is OK. But I hear many books don't accept now.
Is there any books that you can depend on for the future?
Are there any funding, withdraw methods that are likely to still be available in the future.
