they gave me a fed ex number that is also invalid at this time...fed ex has no record of it

since we had the holiday im expecting it tomorrow ...ill see

This is not a payout problem. They had a category 3 hurricane going through there I can't believe the sites are still up and they are still taking bets.

The hurricane in the Caribbean has yet to hit Kahnawake Quebec Canada, where TheGreek and BetJam's payment processor is located.

As it was a long weekend Fedex might not have updated the status of your delivery in their system.

great point plom....i didnt know that
anyhow i spoke to them earlier and they said it was due to hurricane....which is fine but what i dont understand is that they issued a tracking number which fedex doesnt have

ive never had that issue before

ive been dealing with betjam since the start of baseball and they always payed within 2-3 biz days so i got a litle worried this has taken over a week
not trying to alarm anyone
we will see tomorrow morning and i will update you guys

just got off the phone with them and they said they missed the fedex pick time yesterday and that they are goin out for sure today and the tracking number should be in the system later this afternoon

ok...latest update ....
they had given me the wrong fedex tracking number ...they were off by one digit....
i just tracked it on fedex website and it is in transit and supposed to arrive tomorrow morning

i will update tomorrow

they just changed companies i was told and should be working by 3pm est today ...
