i am considering getting a debit or credit card from a non u.s. bank to facillitate deposits and withdrawls. will the offshore books work with me even though i am still a u.s. player? are most books allowing deposits from and withdawls to credit or debit cards from foreign countries? yes, i am aware of the 3rd party resources such as moneybookers etc. bottomline; will any of the books work with me? first time posting to this forum, but have followed it religously for months. thanx in advance.
