Sometimes the fates intervene. I need to be in Costa Rica, where I understand sportsbook's parent company is located. Does anyone have an address where one could pay a visit and have a little, customer service discussion?

      Interesting username.

I understand you're pissed off and probably being slowpaid or otherwise stiffed by this book, but I don't think it's a good idea to go down there and try to get in anyones face. In fact I think that's an awful idea to be quite frank with you.

That's kind of the rub. Jassy is listed on the web site as having offices in Malta, they are licensed in Curacao and the call center people have said they are in Costa Rica.

At this point I would be happy to make a trip anywhere so I can get up in their grille a little bit.

This is Central America, so there may not be an actual address as you think of it. Whereabouts are often given via landmarks, not as part of a defined street layout.

They're in a warehouse in Escazu. Ask around and you'll probably locate it. You may not like what you find.

I agree with RickySteve's outlook. Think twice.

given the number of people they've stiffed i'd imagine they have lots of heavily armed security and that you won't get anywhere.

If your issue is a slow pay, i'd forget about it. They stole $150,000 from someone else in this thread.
