#8They have some odd tactics they employ to delay paying big winners, but I don't know a single person that hasn't been paid.
Just don't run up a big balance and expect to get it out by neteller/moneybookers because it's not happening.

They then sold the book to Jazette and they were immediately downgraded (everyone that wanted out got paid though).
Cascade was a decent book at best that got raised too fast right before they tried to be pinnacle and they got killed.Comment -
