3)bookmaker

also i would be deposit with moneygram/fedex check and receive it the same way... could some vets school a newbie like me on which to choose

betjamaica is the book I feel is best suited for you sir. Not only do they offer everything you will probably be seeking, but they offer the lowest withdraw fees of the three books you mentioned.

I'm a noob like you and signed up with BetJam after Bodog went south and I've been happy with them. It's not as easy to figure out the betting system as Bodog, but overall I don't have any major complaints.

bet jam,mainly because its very cheap to withdraw,and they bust their buts to get our money to us.easy to use them to do book to do book.bookmaker is a great book also,but they have high withdraw fees.safe book though.i lost 700 in two days at betonline,so i cant say much,except they have low vig.good luck man.5dimes is another book that will fit you,with low vig,and onefree payouts on monday.
