Bookmaker?

I cleaned out my account at Bodog and just opened one with Bookmaker.

Any positive/negetive feedback on Bookmaker?

I guess I got lucky to get my cash out of Bodog.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum.

Bookmaker is a top tier problem free book and you should have absolutely no issues what so ever IMO. However, The only thing I have heard from other posters is the fact that the fees can be a bit pricey at times.

Yeah. You should have zero problems with Bookmaker. Unless of course you are like me as I am now 40 days without getting my bookmaker withdrawal and I have no expectation of when I will get it. I have called the idiots at bookmaker about 15 times because they don't return calls like they say they will and because they don't do what they say they will do. Come to think of it, I can't think of a book where I have had a worse experience that bookmaker. Oh, and did I mention they are 40 days into a no pay?

Have you filed an SBR complaint, Utah? I'm sure they can help you if you have a legitamite beef.

I've never had a problem. Gotten like 4 checks from them in less than a week.

I am not even sure what that is but I will do it tomorrow because this is ridiculous.

It isn't a question of them saying they will not pay me or that I am in direct dispute with them (other than they haven't sent me my money). Rather, it is that they haven't a clue where my money currently is and they have done a horrible job of tracking it down and they have done a horrible job of customer service by not doing what they said they would do - eg, promises to call, promises to follow up with processor, promises to return funds to acct so I can request a new withdrawal, etc. I understand processor issues but their customer service has been so incredibly bad it is beyond belief and now I will be on the phone with those idiots again tomorrow.

Bookmaker check finally received after some more hassles. Customer service experience was terrible. But, they did pay me.

You are a soccer guy so I am surprised you would say this. Their soccer lines are maybe unbeatable because the holds are ridiculous. I posted this in a thread earlier comparing their lines on the Man U game with 5 Dimes.
