What A- to A+ Books offer -105 or better on NFL/NCAA football?

5dimes is your book. BetOnline is also -105, but I prefer 5dimes -- Bad software and fees are too heavy at BetOnline, in my opinion.

Also, BetJamaica has -105 on Friday evenings.

The only 5 cent lines I know of are 5dimes overnight MLB lines, which I destroyed during the season...

5 Dimes only goes to -105 set the day of the games.

-105 is a dime line. You are correct that MLB overnights are their only nickel lines (Pick'em is -103/-102)
