Sports Interaction / VirtWallet problems

I made a withdrawal from Sports Interaction on 8/14. The funds are sent to a company named VirtWallet, that I'm registered with, and I was told that my bank account would see the funds in 2-4 business days.

I've seen nothing yet. I logged on to VirtWallet the other day and saw my withdrawal marked "pending" and sent an email to them asking when I could expect my $$.

I got an email today telling me to logo on to the site for read the reply to my email. I can no no longer log-on, and when trying to retrieve my User Name or Password am told they do not exist.

HELP !!!!!!!!

Is there anything I can do ??

Whew !!

I feel alot better. Jon at SportsInteraction has called me and is working to resolve my problem with VirtWallet. He was extremely helpful. It's nice to know customer service is still alive and well and SportsInteraction.

I will post the outcome as soon as my problem is resolved.

UPDATE: Jon from SportsInteraction has got my payout problem completely and totally resolved. He's a great guy to work with and does what what he says he will. My confidence in SportsInteraction has been restored, which is great, because I did not wanna have to move my $$$ and info to a new book this close to football !!
