New to BetJam and already impressed

I am a newbie to this forum, and before I joined BetJam and 5Dimes I came here, solicited some advice and took the leap.

Well today I made my deposits with both BetJam and 5Dimes, and am happy to say I put BetJam's customer service to the task accidentally and they impressed me.

I deposited via moneygram, and the deposit was held up by moneygram for verification. Within minutes, BetJam notified me, told me what to do and how to correct it. I called **, 2 minutes later I called BetJam back, and everything was taken care of.

The speed and effort they showed me was impressive.

Let me explain. I didn't get the impression that this was a name verification. No one asked me for my name or the receipient.

"Owns a ** and ** agency"? BetOnline, (as an example) though very efficient with their withdrawals, must not be in that category. They charge a $75 fee for a $20 transaction, and they limit what should be a $2.5k max per transaction to $900.

I'm not complaining, but it's interesting that you say that. I'd expect more likely that there is some bribery going on where the local ** agent in Antigua for example will not question Maria Gonzalez Alvarez Culogrande when she goes to send out $48k in "person-to-person" transactions in one day.
