I've heard Matchbook delivered payouts by courier in 2 to 4 days, but I requested my first payout on July 23rd, and so far I've gotten nothing.
After 4 phone calls (July 30, August 1, August 3rd, and this morning) and 2 reps that promised to email me a response (July 30 and August 1) on the situations I've gotten nothing. Not even a return email though I was promised one.
Matchbook was supposed to have a great rep, but this service is bad.
No news of any kind on my payout, no tracking number, and no one even gives enough of a **** to even get back to me as promised.
I thought these guys were on the ball.
