Well, you have to at least feel a little better knowing that folks are getting paid. That's some good news in all this. All I have to do now (or so they tell me) is fax them this utility bill info along with my birth certificate, driver's license, hair and blood, and semen samples, and they can proceed to process my latest withdrawal. My latest suckbook.com experience. So they had owed from about 2 months ago and two weeks ago did the song and dance with all info for money to be wired. One payment was wired, so I thought I am on the way to payday bliss.
Not so fast, they owe me 2 others, one was put back into my account so I had to request again.
They now told me that I have to send the documentation again. I said WTF? You have this stuff and furthermore, when I requested a wire payment a couple days ago your screen already had my checking and routing number, meaning suckbook.com already has the necessary info.
They are using this documentation stuff as another scam to delay payment. Holy crud are they making us jump through hoops just to get our money....Comment -

Yeah, I need some help with these guys too. They hadn't processed my payment for a month. Then, the whole documentation deal gets in the way. What I don't understand is why they didn't send my withdrawals out BEFORE they even needed documentation.
By the way, I opened an account with Betonline.com, and they pulled the same crap. I got up early today, so I could take advantage of their same day Western Union or Moneygram payout. What do they tell me? That I need to send in a copy of ID and the credit card used. What does that do? It prevents me from getting my money, and I have to make another request tomorrow. BULLSHIT! IMO, if you're planning on opening a new book ANYWHERE, ask them if you need to have this stuff on file to make a payout. They know that this forces people to waste time (and in my case $6 at Office Depot) to make a withdrawal. Bet Royal does the same crap. You have to have your CC and ID on file, and then you have to send in a form EVERY time you make a withdrawal. Is there any half decent book around anymore? So my first wins to be cashed out were 6/12 6/13 and 6/20. They then could not process any of them and put it back into my account. I was then wired one of them about 10 days ago? I have since still requested the two others, both effective about 7/17 and nothing.
I swear, they must try to confuse us so that we quit. And of course I have faxed them, once again, the same documents they wanted two weeks ago. I am sick of it but what can you do. They could wire the one time, why not more?

The insanity continues, this time for the good. One wire shipment came through today, despite the moron-brigade telling me another 3 to 5 days. They still owe one so I am not even sure on the date. It is not even marked yet in my account.
Suppose this just tells us that they have no communication with processor and it appears to be random or blind luck when a payment gets spit out. I had been gnawing at them but I am convinced their reps have no idea. Well, I got lucky. One more to go.....

Okay, so I received 2 wires in last two weeks, not bad. But, the one from 7/17, which was actually from 6/20 but put back into my account before I had to take it in again, never arrived.
Today, one of their live-chat parrots told me that it was sent out on 7/29.

Money showed up in my account!!! $7,350!!! I also requested four withdrawals over the weekend and I logged into my account and it states all four have been sent. If that is the case, then it should be about 7 days. There is hope!!!

Sportsbook.com continues to stall me. Mentally, it would be better for me to just accept that I'll never see the money, but stupid me keeps on thinking that as long as the website is up they're still in business, and as long as they're still in business, I stand a small chance at least of getting paid. I have faxed them SO much crap. Utility bills, Drivers license copies, birth certificate, hair samples. My god, do they need a semen sample too? And they keep on saying that they need more info to verify my identity! If that's not a stall tactic, well, I don't know what is! Yes, they really requested hair samples! OK, you don't need to exaggerate. I agree that they definitely deserve their D- rating. The current news is that once you send in all the required documents, they'll put your withdrawal request into the processing queue, and from there it could take up to 3-5 weeks. No matter how ridiculous that sounds, that's the case.
Please refrain from ever using sportsbook.com again. IMO, they know that too many customers will forget the hassle they had to go through to get their funds, and that people will continue to deposit and play.
I've read all the posts about the nostalgia involved. I too used a Jazette book, sports.com, as my first online book. Bottom line: it's time to let them go and move on. There are better books out there.Comment -
