Hey guys im new but joined in lieu of all this sportsbook.com bs! I am waiting on $4300. Requested it july 5 and i am getting the same bs lies as all of you. Thing is i dont think anyone is on the same page over there or if anyone is even on a page! I contacted the OSGA today and spoke to someone who tells me that sportsbook is too big to not payout. Thats all great and dandy but where the hell is my cash. Last i checked they didnt give you 3 months to pay up for a deposit. I've been with them for 5 years and you can make the wager (-1,000,000) that this is it for me. The only thing they are telling me is at least 3-5 more weeks. I'll be posting any updates!

they can't give you a tracking # until there is one.So just chill out,and check you withdraw history.

I didn't get a tracking number before my wire showed up, but i didn't ask for one either. It showed up way before i expected it. They quoted 5-10 business days, it was there in 3.

I'm pulling for you, Hope it shows up today.

I still don't know how you guys were quoted 5-10 days. I got this e-mail early this morning.

no money is coming out of that place right now that has been confirmed by customer service I'm waiting on a wire of LARGE dollars from 7/24.......Tells me that they are not processing these at this time and they should start sending them out in the next week or so.

im not sure who you talked to but my money was already sent yesterday from cashout request on the 29th..they told me it would be there in 5-10 days but most likely alot sooner..like 3 days..not sure y they told u no money is going out..

I think they might be tired of people instantly contacting them and bitching. If they say 2-3 weeks, and it takes 11 business days, people are like OMG OMG OMG! If they say 3-5 weeks, and it comes in 11 business days, people are pleasantly surprised. Do I think they are overshooting? I don't know. They have so many problems, and I think they want a buffer to sort things out.

Dude I have over 25K that I haven't been able to get out for MONTHS not weeks. I put in over 2 weeks ago for a wire it took 9 days for them to OK my paperwork that was on 7-24 I was told from that point 3-7 biz days. Guess what NOTHING is being processeed right now after 30 mins on the phone with him he admitted NOTHING is leaving this place.

I just got this morning a check from sportsbook.com via their new processors, so hang in there guys, I think they are trying their hardest, I also got the Use My Wallet set up easily. I got the check 6 days after processing.

They are now, I got a check this morning by fedex. My withdrawal was dated 07-31-2008.

Yeah the couple of you that have said you were paid within a week are full of shit. There is no way they tell someone 3-5 weeks and someone else 7-10 days. Sorry. SBruinedmylife, you were lied to. Estimate 3-5 weeks from the time you sent in the final documentation they asked for.

I was just informed by my bank today that 3 checks that i deposited over 2 months have bounced from zip payments, sportsbook's problem processor! Thing is my bank made these funds available like 2 days after i deposited the checks, now they are saying the money has to come back out of my account, anyone ever heard of a bank doing this months after they took the deposied checks and my funds were available up until today?

OMG! I'm so sorry. You should argue that it doesn't take 2 months to process checks (unless you're Zip Payments sending the check out ).

Because it took your bank 2 months and not 2 weeks to tell you this, they should take the initiative to contact Nevada State Bank and in the mean time leave those credits in your account.

well i actually only lost the credits for one of them that was only $300, and i went and closed my bank account today and opened with a different institution. The other 2 are over 2k, but i said exactly what you said to my bank that it takes you over 2 months to inform me thats bs. Now that i closed my account they are saying when the funds are returned from the other 2 checks they will come after me for that money. I say you made it available in my account for over 2 months then thats your problem, i dont think even if they took me to court over the 2k that their case would even hold up. What you think?

Yes I scanned and emailed my info to them, the withdrawal I had was about 4 weeks and it's status was on hold, I sent stuff in and 2 days later it changed from on hold to processing, 2 days later I was told they had sent me a check, 4 days later (today) I got the check, drawn on a US bank but sent from Canada
