    1] I request a payout from Charlie in live chat. He says the manager is not there and ends chat abruptly.
    2] I request payout again during regular business hours. Charlie says Accounting is not around.
    3] The following chats/emails speak for themselves.

    GUEST: I want to speak to accounting now if I can please

    Laura: The email you sent was dated 7-14-08 and I got that email and your payout is on the board to be processed
    GUEST: when can I expect to receive it in moneybookers
    Laura: I have to check with moneybrokers to see if they allow refunds.
    Laura: I will email you back today with details on that
    GUEST: what do you mean refunds?
    Laura: Sir. I didnt say it couldnt be done I am only stating I have to check there rules and there time frame and will email you today with the details
    GUEST: Ok.. well I don't know what you meant by refund

    Hello;

    What I can do is ask the sports manager if we can over-right the system on your since is a small amount and I am sure they will they usually do on new accounts. I will know by tomorrow as that is when the technician comes back so he can over-right the system
