WSEX payout issue i need a complaint form plz???

this was a while ago ive been hearing great things about this site so i figure i would deposit a little and try them out because these guys actually speak some english,unlike the cs at the greek
i have a payout request that was supposedly on its way as of june.2nd.08 i have not received it,i called on it like 2 twice and keep getting diffrent stories.

1.THIS BOOK STRAIT UP SUCKS THEY HAVE 10C LINES IN A 5C WORLD
2.THIS BOOK HAS GOT ISSUES OUT THE ASS WITH THEIR PROCESSORS ONE OF THE WORST IN THE BIZZ NO BULL
3.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE A DUMB **** DOING 20 PAYOUT REQUEST AN HOUR TO GET THROUGH A PILE
4.their are several other places that have better cs and way better process time,and payout options


im fed the fuuk up with wsex the worst part about this complaint is its about the principal not the money

What excuses are they using?
Did you have it sent courier or regular mail?
Are you in the U.S.?

I have one that was processed on 6/24 that was to be sent by courier and I'm still waiting. Any additional info would be appreciated in case I run into the same bs.

WSEX is a secure book and your funds will 100% arrive, however you should've double checked this forum for their current processing times, as the waits are longer than whats typically convenient.

Also, I know you already got the complaint form in another thread, but if anyone opened this thread to see if a complaint form was linked in case they have a dispute with this or whatever book, here you go-- complaint form.

WSEX offers free book to book transfers to their sister book Matchbook, which will have a standard 1x R/O but your funds will arrive within one week by check that way.

ive been in this bizz a while and i will just say this about them
1.wsex says they alot of payout requests---what bs only 2% of people in the bizz are pros,and wsex has competition,most pros dont use online bookies
2.so mabye the other 98% of the clients they have throw,and transfer money around bs mabye only 25% of the 98% do on a monthly basis
3.i can fund acct using **,wst union ect,ect but when i try to withdraw using the same method i cannot
4.every other top rated poker website,sports book i play at i never have a problem EVER w/payouts and it gets done fast and i know they have 2x the clients as wsex
5.they never seem to know what is going on untill you explain to them.they play stupid or some shit that really gets under your skin
6.they use outside processors that sit on their ass all day literally,besides this outside shit i have heard that they are not responsable for losses they send out to proccessors

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS................

No problem sir. Those regular checks that they sent out can sometimes take up to a month or so to get. So hopefully yours will arrive soon sir.

yes but they stopped payment on this one and said they are going to send it out courrier,BUT im getting 2 diffrent stories

Every book including the ones above have had at least one instance where processing issues have delayed a check or a new check was needed. Unfortunately that seems to be a possibility in the post-neteller era. CS and good communication is more important than ever. WSEX normally gets high marks in that department.

checked my email and received a tracking # from wsex to be couriered by fedex.its in town and i should receive check today from them..
i am so not happy with wsex quite frankly im pissed off even more
