Problem Payout with BETWAY

Welcome to SBR. Sounds like you triggered their red flag system either by your name/location or betting patterns. Not sure if it will do much good if they indeed did positively identify you, but in any case sending this complaint form may help.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

Your not the first one to have this type of issue arise from them at all. Almost all books are like this, especially Euro ones in regards to these types of similar incidents occurring. However, like Crazyl mentioned above, please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire on your behalf to find out whats really happening with your dispute.

You are lucky you got your deposit money back!!
About 5 weeks ago i opened an account with them and deposited £50 with the sole purpose to play poker, but there link to play instant poker was not working and the PC i was using at the time would not let me install software (works PC) , so i had a small go of their casino, lost half then won it back again to just over £51, so i decided to cash out as i was only really intrested in the poker.
The next day i tried to access the account to make sure the withdrawl had went through to find that the account had been closed and would not let me access it.
I send about 6 emails over the next 2 days before i got a reply only to be told my username was an anagram of a swear word and that they had blocked my account. No reference to my money i withdrew. I then spent the next 3 days sending them over a dozen emails about my withdrawl before i got an email telling me my money had been sent to my bank account and would be there within 5 working days. A week past and still no money. I sent them email after email and go no reply so i decided to contact the gaming and lottery regulator of malta and they said they would try and help. I kept the emails coming and eventualy got an email from them saying if i opened a new account they would put my money in (this was after about another week and a half).
I did this and the money went in so i tried to cash out to my **** card. i was told it went through, but then 3 days after got an email from them telling me it hadnt been done and to use another method. I then tried to cash out into my bank account. 4 days past and they still hadnt authorised it and then i did a silly thing, got drunk cancelled the withdrawal and played poker with it on there site as the link now worked. I know i shouldnt have given them the money so freely but IMHO i believed i would never see the money again anyhow.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!!
They ignore your emails, keep our money, making it difficult to get back and tell you lies. Stick to the A-B rated ones and not go for the ones that are close to being classed as a scam, because betway is not far from that position.

Hi, I have one problem with home BETWAY. I will try to explain my problem.
I have registered an account in betway, I deposited 50€, i beted those and won.
then i asked for a withdrawal and they didn't give to me all ammount.
They gave me the ammount i deposited in first deposit, and sent me this email

"Your Betway account is very similar to multiple accounts of other
players, abusing our freebet bonus offer on regular basis. You've been
positively identified as a part of this group.

Due to this fact, your initial deposit has been sent back to your
e-wallet, your account has been locked, and its remaining balance
confiscated. It will remain locked. All future accounts registered by
you and your accomplices will be locked as well. "

After I answer them with this email:

"No, you are wrong. I didn't abused of free bet. I fulfilled to all the requirements. If you repair I lost my freebet. I win my first bet with my money of deposit.
SO, I HAVE ALL RIGHT TO RECEIVE ALL MONEY. If you lost with my bet, the problem it yours. If you didn't give to me the all money to well, better, then I go to take the measures to have that to give to the money, presenting complaint in the regulating entity of the houses of appositive"

And they answer me again with this email:

"It came to our attention that you are participating in "Money Method"
scheme promoted by the online community website Metododinheiro.com.

After analyzing Metododinheiro.com, we have seen that the "Money Method"
promotes a step-by-step guide and workshop for systematic abuse of free
bet bonus offers on 50+ Sportsbook sites.

Betway were not aware of Metododinheiro.com and the promotion of this
scheme until recently. Betway never had any agreements with
Metododinheiro.com, nor have we agreed to participate in the scheme that
they promote.

You have been positively identified as a participant of the "Money
Method" scheme and therefore we have locked your account, cancelled all
your bets and returned your initial deposit to your eWallet account. We
will keep your account locked and will lock any future accounts you
register."

And this is false, because i don't know what is "money Method".
I was to see this page, and didn't appear betway home, so what they say is non-sense.
I make a simple bet, I win, and they didn't want gave to me my money.

I already sent another mail, but they never answer me again.

ROFL. This is more egregious than sportsbook. They can see the affiliate at signup, and ban then if they want to, but they wait until the player deposits and wins so they can freeroll and then confiscate winnings for absolutely no cause.

Betway has been ripping players off for several months now. If a player uses his brain to use a bonus and wins, the confiscate the winnings.

I'm strongly arguing for a downgrade based on this conduct.

I would like to know if i can process them in any court. Because they are very dangerous. I Win 75€, it's very money. What you advise to me, to recover my money? Or I already lost the money?
