I know this is not the higest rated book and there have been a lot of bad things stated about it. Just want to say I have the oppisite. Just withdrew my funds on Thursday, only $135, so I could move over to Bodog. I just received the check today, 3 mailing days to get me the check, very impressive. I would seriously consider loading up with them again based on this response time. CS has been touch and go but have always gotten a response eventually. Maybe when I get to be a high roller like other people on here I'll have those problems, although you would expect the oppisite. Just my .02
