    Shady Dealings with BetOnline
Hey guys, I just opened an account with betonline.com

According to SBR its an "A-" book so I decided to give it a shot.

There are a few things that I would consider shady about these guys

    1) I deposited $100 initially then $400 an hour later, (didnt want to deposit all $500, just felt a little nervous). So when I ask for the bonus they tell me it will only apply to the $100. According to their terms the bonus only applies to the "first deposit made". So I'm like, w/e, they can hide behind their rules, but this is shady to me.

    2) I signed up for the reduiced juice package and I wasnt getting the advertised -105 juice, instead I was getting -108, I contacted them about this and they claimed I did not choose the reduced juice options during registration. They were basically claiming I have some sort of disability, that I am not capable of reading my moniter properly.... However, that since has been fixed

    3) I wanted the casino blocked from my account and they claimed that "your request has been processed, you will no longer have access to the casino". 10 seconds later I bet $1 on BJ... They claim its some "technical glitch" and that I should "refrain from entering the casino"...

    4) The CS people seem completely out of it, maybe there just overworked, im not sure, but at other places (DSI, 5dimes, Pinny) the CS people at least have a clue...

    5) Their withdrawal fees are OUTRAGEOUS... $50 for cashier check, 11.8% fee on bank transfers (not wire transfer), $100 fee on wire transfers...

Now, none of these are major complaints but I just wanted to give you guys a heads-up about this "shady" experience with betonline.

1-you should have just deposited all at once and you wouldn't have this problem

2-its fixed now, so whats the problem? not a major thing

3-you should call GA if you have that little discipline

    4-needs improvement

5-those fees are way worse than industry average

I wouldn't call them shady but they could work on #4 and 5

Hey Frank, I appreacite your input...

An "A- book" and one thats recommended by SBR should be better run than this. I have been with other books and I am just saying that none of these things have happened to me over there (ie, Pinny, 5dimes) I am just questioning the A- rating for this book, It doesnt even have moneybookers...

This book should be B+ because of that fact alone, in addition to all of the shady things I have experienced with them.

Their payouts have gotten worse. It was always $50/check, but the withdrawal amount used to be virtually uncapped (I got 20k checks), and bankwires were the same way. Now it's a 5k max per day by any method. It's not a good sign when a book starts making it harder to get your money.

Payout history is what separates A and B books in my opinion.

A book might have bad CS, bad software, shitty lines, baby limits, etc.

But paying and paying promptly is always the most important thing and I don't think many have had problems here

Re 3, I always request this at places I hold decent balances, not because of discipline, but because nearly every scam / account hacking problem I've seen through the years has involved casinos.

decent balances perhaps not is that easy if you hit a winning streak and still want to claim the bonus.

anyone here got problem with payments from them? step up and tell me.

I really hope the A- rating is because they pay. In other case I should be worry.

I ask because my balance moving up a bit here and Im not sure what to do. Take away my bonus(and withraw funds) or keep betting until I rolled over.

The 5k limits are are a result of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. I don't know of any books that will cut a check for more than 5k now.

you know everything about them? more than they A- ranked.

my balance up to 18k (from 4k) got about 10k still to roll over. is it safe or shall I withraw now?

No outstanding complaints in the payout department that I am aware of Mr.Frank. I just wish they would do book-to-book transfers with some top tier books is all.

bigboy. you always now a lot. perhaps you can tell me.

you think 18k balance is risky here? and if I win more I can come up to 28-30k balance before I can be able withraw funds?

I always reads about posters with thoose balances having problems with sportbooks. But I trusted betonline, but then the new software come-(the same as wagerwebs)

I usually never have that much but my winning streak is constant here. got about 12 winners in a row now.

I only got about10k left to wager in other case I have to leave the freeplay winnings of about 1700$

big boy. IM not reall sure what you mean with that.?

I bet rather hard(usually their max) I also try take advantage of their lines off course. their lines are very good for spread MLB. But I never try cheat or bet on bad lines off course.

With the way you are hitting these days, especially betting the max. I'm surprised you haven't been shown the door yet, because they boot players fairly fast when when they start to get beat up pretty badly. Needless to say they are a recreational book.

bigboy that sounds little scary to me. At least this is a A book.

what happened with my money if they booted me? is it risky you mean or shall they pay me anyway?

Im just a player like bet hard on good lines. Thats all. If you cant do that its no reason got that high limits.

what you think? perhaps then its better take the money and leave the bonus. But in mine case IM so close roll over so I think that should be stupid.

its no easy decsicion for me.

Of course complete the rollover requirements sir. If they boot you and find your not doing anything shady, then you will get paid in full and shown the door sir.

I still think this looks as a strong book and they treated me very well(their LIVE support) and I have no other choice trust SBR ratings.

I've been betting with BOL for a while. I've gotten paid at every request. Their new software stunk for a while. but it's better now. Their payout minimum for checks is a little stupid, and their fees are high. I figure they just want you to think twice about making a withdrawal. The reduced juice is a goog option, but their props are overjuiced! If you are just betting straight bets, this is a good book. The idiot who put $100 in then $400 more, shouldnt complain about the bonus, thats the way it is almost everywhere. Remember that they are paying fees for us when you put that money in.
