I was wondering when somebody was going to notice that Betphoenix was added DH. Although, it's a sister book of Canbet, you forgot to mention that InternationalAllSports was added as well.

bigbodan betphoenix is a new book who is trying to grow ,this is a step by step solution , don't try to pretend betphoenix is a A book , not at all but every body has to reconignize that the pay quick as 5dimes ... how many complains has 5dimes? hundreds !!! but they pay quick !!! that why they are an A book ... let betphoenix a little more time to convence US customes

My impression is that they have the main pieces in place, but are slow with the online transition to the US market. They have the new website up, but this processing stuff takes longer than expected. Football, hockey, and basketball are almost here, so this would be a good time to take care of it.

The risk is higher for a low juice book, so I hope they're setting the bar very high and won't turn out to be one of those books that say one thing and do another. Of course, if the risk is higher for a book, it is the same for the player who bets there, which is why Matchbook transfers are important. More so than other payment options a transfer system with Matchbook allows a player to move money immediately, if necessary. This isn't hard to put in place.

I'm wondering if the lack of urgency is staff related. Rather than rush things and invite problems down the line, it would be better to make sure the whole operation is ready for the increased volume that they will no doubt attract with better processing options. The whole organization should be first class; not just management. Management having to correct mistakes made by clerks is a sure way to undermine a reputation.

Anyway, you have to think they're reading along, because DMTexas responded surprisingly fast to my first post in this thread.

I understand they are a newer book and want to take things slow sir, however with football season being here right now. Why would they want to miss out on a sport that will make there establishment thrive.

We have not received any reports from any other member Idontlikerocks, I just checked the scored plays on a couple of accounts and I was able to see them, with no problem.

Can you let us know what kind of error message you are receiving, so I can have out IT guys take a look at this as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue. It would be helpful if you sent me a private message with your account number to see if we get the error as well.

We are also working to get NT but that will take a little longer I'm afraid.
As for the book transfers with Matchbook, we have not had much of a response from these books I'm afraid, but we continue to try to set something up with them, hopefully our efforts will see a positive result soon as well.

Thanks for the update, especially the MoneyBookers situation sir. I do realize that the red tape issues with MB can run into problems at times, but hopefully it will ready to go once football season offically starts.
