Does SBR consider this a legit complaint?
Or is it just tough shit.

I sign up at a book because they offer Moneybookers. It's right there on their website: Moneybookers. Deposits and payouts.

When I go to take a payout, they say they can't do it. They say it is a temporary problem but won't answer when I ask when it will be fixed.

They offer alternatives which is fine, but all of the alternatives are way worse for me. They cost me a lot of extra money in currency conversions back and forth and they are way slower.

I never would have signed up if they said they don't do Moneybookers payouts. It is a bait and switch.

I don't get the problem. They took my Moneybookers deposit. My Moneybookers account is working fine. Other books can payout by Moneybookers. I believe they can do it, they just don't want to because it is slightly inconvenient or something.

But then shouldn't they have to take it off their website (or if they continue to post a lie, shouldn't it affect their SBR rating?)

I think they should have to pay me all this extra money I lose in currency conversions. I could document it all. But I'm probably dreaming about that.

Lemme guess. WagerWeb? Sportbet? Someone else maybe?

I know Sportbet is doing that right now. WagerWeb has been doing it for ages.

I'd evaluate it as poor customer service. No different than when books ran out of money in their Neteller accounts, and said "Neteller is temporarily down". Sloppy and you have a grip, but probably nothing that can be done.

The book is Sportbet. They gave me an explanation of what is going on. It is a reasonable explanation. I can't really fault them. They also offered alternate payouts so it's not like they're not trying.

But it's no good for me.

They say it will be at least 3 weeks.

Sportbet is at it again with these payout problems in regards to a payment solution issue uh.

It was a couple of months ago when this same type of incident happen with SBR poster Thremp, however it involved Neteller at the time. They did pay the alternate fees due to fact that it was there fault. I see this situation being similar to the degree that they do offer it on there website.

Don't feel sorry - WagerWeb does the same thing !! Hopefully, this guy was smart enough to look at the WagerWeb posts on SBR and not send his money to those losers.

No this was just about the situation at Sportbet. I may not always be smart but I know enough to stay away from wagerweb.

I also feel sorry for that stand up guy WWS. I don't know what he will do now for the upcoming football season.

I would give $100 just to hear some of the tapes of how he bullcrapped to keep the people on the phone will he prayed for a team to score right out of the gate in the 3rd quarter.

                      WWS,

SBR often looks at poster activities when their are allegations that a poster works for a book, as you have made here. There is nothing that suggests Robmpink works for WagerWeb.

You're welcome to your opinion, but please refrain from falsely accusing players of ghosting for sportsbooks. If you have evidence that shows your allegations, feel free to share them.
