Can't reach Diamond Sportsbook

I couldn't reach it for 20 minutes. Now, as soon as I make a thread, I'm able to reach it BUT it's very very slow

it's down. Are A+ rated books supposed to be down like this?

I called Diamond and they acknowledged that their website is down but they can take action over the phone.

There are a lot of external factors that can and do affect any given website, sportsbook or otherwise. So, we can't always completely blame the company for its site(s) being down or slow. I DO know that there are some infrastructure upgrades underway currently with one or more Costa Rica based hosting providers that may be causing some intermittent issues. As SBR's servers are also located in CR, I'll be keeping tabs on this throughout the day and will update with anything additional as warranted.
