    Hello,

    I'm new to the forum so hope I'm getting this process of complaining right.

    I signed up to cashpoint.com on the 4th June 08 and deposited £25 via moneybookers off my **** card.

    Moneybookers confirm the £25 is in cashpoint's account.

    Cashpoint show my balance as £0 and have not responded to any emails.
    I've emailed the address from this site and also the online contact form on their site.

    I should have also had a €25 free bet but right now I'm more concerned about my deposit.

    I'd appreciate any help.

    First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

    I'm assuming that you sent them all the proper paper work they are asking for?

      They haven't asked for anything. I've not had any email from them and I can't see anything on their site where it says they require any documents.

      Do they usually contact customers asking for documents before a deposit appears?

        I assumed most gaming sites based out of Malta a did require such stuff, but I don't know since I can't play at any of them (I'm in the U.S.). However if memory serves me correctly they are affiliated with Sportwetten, which would explain the problems your having. Anyways, if you need some assistance with this problem please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

          I just checked in with cashpoint again (Monday morning my time) and the £25 is there.
          I don't know why it took 6 days, maybe they don't work over the weekend, they didn't reply to any of my mails but at least it's there.

          I won't need to fill out that form but thanks for looking at it.

              Glad you got the money in your account Randy.

              SBR has gotten two other recent emails about this book. The fact they have not responded to emails from you, these two players with issue, and myself is troubling.

                It is a very odd book. At the top of the page it said my account had 25 GBP in it.
                But I could only place bets in Euros, as I didn't know their exchange rate I played it safe and bet 25 Euros as that's far less that 25 GBP.

                Now my account has -7 GBP! But no money is showing as coming out of money bookers so I don't know how I'm on minus money.

                I've checked my cashpoint account history and it says I placed a bet of 34 GBP.

                No sign of my bonus either..

                  I just gave them a call ( waited till I got to work so I'm not paying for a call to malta )

                  Luckily they sprechen Sie Englisch and sounded helpful. I was told they'll add the GBP equivalent of 25Euro to my balance as my bonus.

                  Still don't know what happened with my bet yesterday, but I won so I'm not overly concerned, no money came of moneybookers.

                    Hello everyone

                    I have a similar problem with Cashpoint as RandyBender described it in his first post.

                    Last Wednesday, November 26th I've made a deposit to my Cashpoint sport account with Moneybookers. Although I've got a confirmation on Cashpoint site that this deposit has been successful, I haven't received the deposited amount in my Caspoint account. (This was my second deposit, first one came without problems one week before.)

                    My Moneybookers account history shows that this transaction has been processed successfully, I have also got the confirmation from Moneybookers that Cashpoint has received the money.

                    The problem is that Cashpoint simply don't respond on any of my emails, where I have exactly described the problem and provided them with all details of transaction, including transaction ID number.

                    On friday I've also sent a mail to office@cashpoint.com.mt and I just received an automatic respond from K.Kopac@cashpoint.com in german language that currently no one is in the office and that I have to contact either m.muenzker@cashpoint.com or u.feierabend@cashpoint.com.

                    I did both, but since today I haven't received the answer from no one and this is very unprofessional.




                    Would you please advice me what can I do to sort out this issue?

                        Since I still haven't received any reply from Cashpoint, I was just about to fill out a complaint form, but I went to check my sportbook balance first. And there was a nice surprise, my missing deposit has been credited today

                        Thank you very much for your help, it's a good feeling if you find someone who can help you to solve such issues.
