I'd appreciate any help SportsBookReview can give me regarding a bonus dispute with Stryyke.
My account is locked with a balance of 2592 euros, because of a dispute over 88 euros of bonus.
In February this year I applied for three "Superbonus" offers on their website, which were apparently open to all account holders.
For depositing 100, 50 and 20 euros, my account was credited with bonuses of 125, 63 and 25 euros respectively.
Since then, I have greatly exceeded the rollover requirements for all the bonuses and requested a Moneybookers withdrawal of 2300 euros on April 14th.
At first, Stryyke said they were "flooded" with Moneybookers withdrawals and asked me to be patient. Then almost a month later on 5th May, they emailed me to say my account had been locked due to multiple bonuses.
Stryyke suggested "reducing my earnings by 50%" as they claim I was only able to make my bets by using the bonus money. I have my own account records in Excel and I don't believe that statement is true. I have submitted this evidence to Stryyke and phoned their customer services, but now they no longer return my phone calls or reply to my emails even when I email specific individuals in their customer services.
I have suggested to Stryyke that they revoke the second and third bonus amounts of 63 and 25 euros, and I know Josh at SportsBookReview was able to persuade Stryyke to accept this as a solution for another instance of this bonus dispute which he dealt with last week. Stryyke have not responded to my suggestion.
I've submitted a complaint about this to SportsBookReview and have forwarded email evidence to 'help@sportsbookreview.com'
I'd be extremely grateful for any assistance SportsBookReview can give me with this matter, as I hope you'd agree that it is excessive to have 2592 euros locked for a dispute over 88 euros.
thanks for any help
