    Suggest you avoid instantactionsports.com
I know this sportsbook doesn't have a particularly solid reputation, but I wasn't expecting a C-rated bookie to be quite so underhanded.
I signed up, took a 50% bonus, completed the wager requirements for withdrawal, requested my first withdrawal and received an email one week later saying that because my betting appeared to be non-recreational (ie. I didn't lose all my money to them) that they would unfortunately void my original bonus, and all winnings from this bonus. I am now 5000USD poorer, though someone from SBR is going to try and help out.
I learned my lesson - avoid these guys completely.

    Sticky,

We hope to talk about your case after lunch. What you described is outright theft and not what we would expect from IAS even at C-.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

I know they have changed a few of there rules back in late 2007, however this is the first complaint I've read about instantactionsports in like 2 years (give or take). Hopefully we can assist you with your problem.

this is rediculous to hear, you got to lose to claim for the bonus, and if you win, you don't?
I am sick of those promotions and bonus,

We did and they will revisit the issue and update us tomorrow. I am optimistic.

I´m very sad to hear your experience sticky.

I also signed up to took their 50% bonus and unfortunnatly win over 5.000 Euro there.

But instantactionsports paid me in full without any shittalking like a lot of A or B rated books do.

I have had exactly the same email from them. I don't know what to do. I emailed SBR earlier but i don't know if to email instantactionsports now or wait till i hear back from SBR.

Basically, i did the 50% promotion, completed wagering requirements (which was confirmed by customer services) and after requesting withdrawal i was sent an email saying i abused the bonus and will have that revoked and 33% of my winnings. This amounts to £835 they won't pay me. Seems incredibly harsh and I felt sick when the email arrived.

                    What should i do?
