Eight weeks wait here for $2000. Excuse after excuse after excuse. It's tiresome and stressful.

#74Still waiting on the second half of my January withdrawal. Got the first portion in May.
I rarely bother contacting them anymore, as it's all the same lies over and over.
I've asked every forum I know of to please look into it and see if they can do anything, but no one has had any success.Comment -

#75The funny thing is that they are more than ready to sign new players,I mean
pigeons to their scam. It's important to spread the word about this deadbeat company before they scam many more people who like to load up for football.
Not only will they sign you up but they will actively cold call players off of some gaming site player list. To me that is where they cross the line from a company thats fallen on hard times to a company that has full intent of ripping off its players.
They figure 3/4 of those they sign will lose anyways and keep reloading and the 1/4 that wins will usually let it sit in the acct for the whole football season before requesting a withdrawal.
*****BEWARE OF THE PUMPING AND PROMISING THIS COMPANY DOES*****
Laser Wager is an F rated scam company that will offer you the biggest bonus money, Promise you low vigs and promises the most juice. They are Blacklisted for a good reason........ THEY DON'T PAY! I dealt with EVE and she was the biggest liar I ever dealt with. There are plenty of A rated sites to play with.
I have been spreading the word at Foxwoods and Atlantic City and I've told NUMEROUS gamblers to stay away from Laser wager. Since I was beaten by them I know I cost them mega bucks with my campaign against them. It may be time to spread the word via the internet again against them before many other victims fall for their scam. Good Luck TLDComment -

#77No, nothing new Dan.
I’ve resumed contacting them every few days to check, as much as anything just because it’s become amusing to me to see how long they can keep repeating the same lies and excuses over and over with a straight face. Every time it turns out I’m right on the verge of being paid, though unfortunately the manager who could tell me more is somehow always in a meeting.
But, yes, I called them as recently as this afternoon, and my withdrawal is all set to go and they’ll have all the information for me “tomorrow.”Comment -

#82I am owed a small balance there. This was basically a book promoted by the RX. I feel duped by them. I feel the RX should rectify this some way on their end. The first flag from LazerWager that I should have seen was when I went to send a ** and they limited me to 230.00. It's kind of funny being mad at a limit of deposit when the ultimate result was a stiff. I remember I was trying to maximize the 33.5 bonus they were offering and I wanted to send a dime and was told I can only send 230.00. LOL. I guess I saved myself some money. From that point on I didn't need to deposit because I killed Carlo every week!!!Comment -

#87They’re definitely getting aggressive working the phones to get deposits. It may be they’ll just get what they can get for football before shutting down.
I call them once a week or so. For almost a month they’ve been insisting at the absolute latest all pending withdrawals would be cleared before the regular season starts.
Of course that was a lie, but it gave them some more time. Every time I called they could say, “Oh but we’ve already told you your payout is going out no later than…” letting me know it was silly for me to call for an update, since I’d already been given precisely the information I was calling for.
I called today and they said they’re sorry if someone had told me I’d be paid by the start of the regular season, but if I call tomorrow evening after the close of the business week they should have some information on my withdrawal.Comment -

#89Great Job
It's nice to know we are on to their deposit only scam.
Spread the word because they are relentless in cold calling and blitzing emails to potential pidgions.
This is the time of year The NFL, College football and MLB playoffs most people jump in and believe all their cr*p.
Let them know that we are spreading the word until they start doing the right things and payout the winners they lied to the last 6 months. Again keep up the great work.Comment -

#92There’s no one any longer answering their phones. Just a recording saying the office is closed, and that one may now communicate with them by e-mail or check the website for more information. (Site is down, so nothing to check there.)
I’m stuck between $6,000 and $7,000.
I’m amazed that they, apparently, continued to have enough customers making deposits to warrant staying open for all these months. They made no more than an occasional token payout since January, but somehow they were bringing in enough money to make it worth their while to continue to pay employees and overhead and such.
If anyone has any ideas about pressuring their credit business, or possible bailouts or anything like that, please let us know. I have zero expectation of ever seeing a penny of what they stole from me, but it doesn’t hurt to ask.
I have bittersweet feelings seeing them finally shut their doors. As long as they were open, there was some tiny chance they’d make a few payouts to at least reduce the heat on them (as they did—much to my surprise—in May), so I had some minimal hope. On the other hand, I’ve also been rooting for them to shut down so they can’t steal any new money from people. I spread the word about them at multiple places in an attempt to save people and cut off their deposits. So it’s great to see a blight on the offshore industry close, and to think that I and the other posters who went public played some role in making their scam less viable and influencing them to shut down. But at the same time I hate knowing their robbing me is more final now.Comment -

#98Translation 101 of LW's Final Message
Loser Wager Goes Out Of Business
On Sept 21st 2008, Lazerwager.com regrettably announces that after stealing your money it will no longer be in operation. While every effort was made to continue operations( yes we still took deposits) for a second football season, LazerWager was recently informed by their remaining processor that their assets have been frozen and the processing company will no longer be handling any banking transactions.
In other words we stole everybodys money.
LazerWager management(Larry,Moe and Curly) has been trying to work through these issues,(If you believe that maybe you can still get one deposit in) however, several advertisers, affiliates, and other vendors have expressed concern over LazerWager's ability to service players' accounts due to the processing issues that have recently plagued the industry.( Translation= We Are Thieves)
The combined losses of assets, the ability to process payouts and deposits, Eve Eating us out of house and home, and advertising and affiliate relationships have presented too great a challenge for LazerWager to overcome during the football season.(considering that we never paid out last season) While several better established sportsbooks affected by these banking issues have been able to cope with these obstacles, LazerWager does not have the means to continue to be competitive within the industry due to the loss of these business relationships. DO YOU THINK THIS HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH OUR DISHONESTY ?)
LazerWager apologizes to its vendors, advertisers, and most importantly, its players, who will be receiving an email(NOT MONEY) regarding the status of their account. In order for this matter to be handled in the most efficient way possible, please direct any other questions or inquires via email to CS@Lazerwager.com. Be sure to include your name and account number, So we can solicite you again when we start another scam.
Sincerely, OK NOT REALLY
The LazerWager Unemployed Management Team
PS DOES ANYONE WISH TO PURCHASE A 300 LB FEMALE NAMED EVE WHO IS USELESS ? IF SO SHE'S YOURS BUT YOU MUST PAY SHIPPING AS IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE AS THEY CHARGE BY THE POUND.
