Anyone heard/played at this book before?

My understanding of this book is; they give you a $1000 credit roll. You have to make a +400 profit or more before Wednesday to get a withdrawal on Wednesday, which is their only withdrawal day. If you lose 400 or more, you will be required pay whatever you lose by method's of money transfer. You will not be allowed to place anymore bets until you've paid their weekly settlement for your lost. Anything in between the 400 from winning or losing will just be rolled over to the next week.

It's interesting that all communication is done via live chat and e-mail only, just like pinnacle.

I asked the guy on chat waht they do when people don't pay. He said they just block the account. The fact that they don't pursue it any further tells me that its a scam.

Yes I certainly am hoping they are legit, I'm optimistic at this stage. On chat the guy was more than friendly and keen to send me my money this Wednesday. The way I see it, doing the right thing by people like myself will in turn get them more business as I'll spread the word and bring my friends, which I will gladly do if I find them to be legit. Also, in the future if I lose I am more likely to pay them than a new client.

The way they have it setup isn't. Anyone can register an account there. No matter what they say, they don't check the last 4 of your SSN against your name / address (trust me on this). They have no way of knowing who a person is until the perrson actually sends in their documents.

They don't give out a phone number or address. They consider themselves to be "a very private operation".

The way they are taking registrations now is setting them up to get burned. No one in their right mind would send them a damn cent if they lost unless they were positive that the company was paying out winners. Even then you have people that will stiff them just because there are no repercussions.

Ive worked for a couple of credit shops myself and their chances of getting US customers to pay is virtualy non existant , all it takes is a call to your local sheriffs department
that at such hour and such place a collector of an online gambling operation ***offshore**** that is offering you credit to make bets is asking you for money and 2 hours later , site is down no way of contact and just another ghost in this non forgiving industry and some poor collector facing jail time

These credit sites are indeed very private. Local bookies where i'm at run a similar type credit shop, but credit is only given to clients that they are familiar with. People they know that are legit and will pay up.

Exactly, and this is why CreditWagering makes no sense to me. To get a credit account with Jazz, you have to apply as if you were applying for a credit card (Full SSN, verify identity by answering questions). At CW, anyone can sign up, and they don't even check your SSN. I signed up with bogus info just to see if it would work, and I have a $1000 credit line.

I have done some further research and it seems like this book might be a cover for something , it just doesnt add up .

All the credit shops do cold calling with lists from other books saying how getting money in and out of books is so tough specially for US residents , and how they can have someone drop off or pick up money or send a moneygram in.

And listen guys do you really trust someone thats giving you a dime for your 4 sssn #s that means nothing.

If they pay me without any problems I will have no hesitation in recommending them to others. If I do get paid, I intend to pay them in future if I lose.

I do question their long term viability because I think many people will not pay, but we will see how it goes. I guess they have to build reputation like all books, perhaps it could be a success I don't know. Time will tell

Hey, they just changed their withdrawal options from a debit card method only, to a check withdrawal only. Talk about a drastic revision in payout methods with no explanation.

I signed up and am up about $500 since yesterday. Before you request the payout they need a copy of your drivers license. Geez with the last 4 #'s of the SS# and DL #, DOB, Address can;t they open accounts in your name? Meaning they could be passing the info along to other people. If I remember correctly in order to open Neteller or ******* you only needed the last 4 #'s of your SS#, not the whole SS#. Maybe I am being paranoid. Even if I am up over the $400 I don't know if I will send in the DL. It is limited to $100 bets and I don't know if there is a rollover. I'll have to look. I read somewhere about a 10 time rollover. If it is true, you have to make like 100 $100 bets to meet the rollover.

I played 8 1:00 spring training games and went 7-0-1. Then I played 14 or so 7:00 college baskets then later games.

I think the key here is whether Gmanea gets paid. I saw a post over at covers and he has been posting there awhile. The post is weird because it has people coming out of the wood work with it being there first post saying they were paid by moneygram. I doubt this. Honestly, I'm just going to sit on the $1,000 profit and wait until next week. I say I have a 10% shot of this being legit and don't want to send my ID until I could do some more recon.

At the other place a guy who has been there for a year said they are giving him a moneygram # later. I'll keep you posted.

anyway..."ben" just called me...he told me that he sent a local to some grocery store to send out money grams to the customers. he said after every two moneygram payouts the cashier made the local go to the back of the line. and after 4 payouts the loyal got annoyed and called it quits for the day. Ben said he was pist at the local and extremely sorry and guaranteed he would have the control number for me by noon tomarrow...take it for what its worth...

Yeah it doesn't look good right now. I got some more info. They said there is a $1,000 max payout per week. I'll sit back and see what happens w/ this guy and the other guy. If things go well, I'll send in my Dl and cash out for $1,000. If not, I won't be upset.
