This account was linked to another by a number of identical bets with corresponding times, dates and specific tipp-types.
The statistical probability of it being a coincidence in this particular case is rather low indeed...to say the least.
That is what we call 'reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activities' which places an account under investigation.
Phoning us to scream, swear repeatedly and abuse the support staff is what ends the investigation and earns that account an immediate refund of it's deposit less the charges.
It's interesting that the other account locked in connection to this one has not even bothered to complain...
We do not wake up in the morning and decide to lock accounts because we are bored, however we do take these issues seriously and investigate them because it is our job to protect ourselves, and thereby protect our customers. And in no case do we tolerate the kind of manners and language we have on record from this individual.
