I've been playing at mybookie for the past 8 years with verified documents, done about 7 different payouts, 4 of them very recently. Sent a bunch of referrals as well and today I suddenly get a message upon login saying that my account has been disabled for security reasons and to call a number. Called the number and obviously the guy on the other line is clueless on what happened and asks me to wait 24 hours for an email that never arrived.

I'm totally fine if they disable my account for winning too much but the problem is, there is a pending max payout of $5000 and the blocking on my account is very timely as I was very close to the getting the withdrawal within the 48 hour timeframe.

Has anyone experienced this with this book and did they ever pay out after an account suspension? Just a little concerned here.

It’s not even fine to disable your account for winning too much. I understand if they limit your wager max for winning too much.

Hearing all the complaints on Mybookie, you need to be really lucky to keep getting payouts if you are winning.

Phew. Thought you might be another one who hit a slot that was paying out like an ATM.

To keep it short, you will need to speak to the manager handling it. Others report it can be a bit of a case of catch me if you can trying to make that phone call happen, but he will eventually get with you.

They just tell SBR that a manger needs to speak with you in these instances.

It's just frustrating how this is the second sportsbook in a row where i encounter a payout problem for $5k in the last 8 months or so.

Is there any email info I can use to follow up with mybookie? I can't use their live chat anymore because I can not log in and looks like their contact form is broken.

I have been in your situation before and know many others who have as well. Trust me, Optional is correct that you have to call and speak to a manager. This means either happening to call at a time when they aren't busy or leaving a message for them to call back. Keep trying periodically. Email or chat will do no good in this situation.

As for this being the second book this has happened to you at, you are much more likely to have payment delays/issues at some books than others. MyBookie is one of them. I don't know what your other problem book was, but generally, if you want to avoid such issues, then stick with the A rated books and other books which have a solid reputation among this community (MyBookie is definitely not one of those).

Thank you for the tip. Do you mean to say I insist in calling these guys and ask for a manager? The last time I tried that they just told me to wait 24 hours for a call that I did not get.

How long did it take you to get your payout in this situation?

It doesn't really matter too much if you call or email.

Just a message to say you have not received the call you were told was coming yet each day or two will be enough.

Doesn't sound safe at all, so I'll pass

Just called today and told them I'm expecting a call about my account. The guy said to wait 24-48 hours again for an email.

    These books are so exhausting.

I don't think MyBookie does 250% bonuses. I'm guessing it was an email scammer. Did it look anything like this?

Talked to them again this evening as advised by the representative earlier. Requested for a supervisor and they are saying that it's still under investigation. Will try again tomorrow. Wish me luck.

A question to those who have experienced getting disabled by mybookie.ag:

What questions do they ask you to get your account re enabled? Will they ask for additional requirements such as proof of identification? After you got your account re enabled, do they send you your payout right away or did you have to wait?

It all depends on what they think the problem is.

48 hours and still nothing, they just keep telling me to call again tomorrow.

Don't understand how a huge company like this can treat their customers this way.

I wish i just kept playing at sportsbook.ag, their payout takes time but at least I got paid everytime.

No one knows what your situation is yet. The reason for the account hold and the circumstances surrounding it is everything.

    Lots of possibilities:
    MyBookie error
    Steam chasing
    Multi accounting
    Bonus abuse
    Past post plays
    Banned country
    Etc.

And then, what evidence do you have to the contrary?

You're right, and it's really taking some time it's getting me nervous. Have you ever been involved in this type of account suspension? What was your case and what was the outcome?

Also, how long did the "investigation" take for you and how did they get in touch? Is is via email or phone?

How can they prove something is steam chasing…
Or if you bet everyday, you happen to bet steam by accident..
I feel like Mybookie just makes excuses for winning…

It's just something I've heard before, so I threw it on the list of possibilities to illustrate how expansive it could be. Not saying it's a great reason, and it's worthless to debate unless we find out that's what MyBookie is holding OP's money for.

It becomes glaringly obvious if a lot of your bets happen just before they move the odds/line.

You won't be penalized for "accidently" betting right before a line move occasionally. It's when its the majority of your action that people get pulled up.

It's been a week and still nothing.

This feels a lot worse than losing a big wager, when you lose 5000 usd to a dishonest book.

I know someone who's case with MyBookie dragged on for a year before he was eventually paid. Not that it should ever go that far. I didn't know him back when this happened. Otherwise, I would have made suggestions on how to push the issue.

Have you been calling every so often? You could eventually try DM-ing @AnonymousGamblr on Twitter. I defer to Optional's experience on when is the right time to escalate this. These guys are super sensitive.

A polite reminder every couple of days that you are still waiting for the manager to call you seems to be the most effective way to go, from other people in this position.

Just an email will do just as well. They will be passed on usually.

Just want to make sure your name keeps coming at him.
