Players beware! Myb casino / my bookie seized $210,000 winnings from account ad-hoc!

    PLAYERS BEWARE!!

MYB CASINO / MY BOOKIE SEIZED $210,000 WINNINGS FROM ACCOUNT AD-HOC AND DISABLED ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION OR EXPLANATION!!

I would highly recommend EVERY Player to strongly reconsider playing at MYB Casino / My Bookie. What occurred to my account is truly unbelievable and something that NO Player could honestly ever imagine happening. What you will read below is 100% true and is backed-up by a great amount of documentation.
Here is what occurred. On the evening of March 31, 2021, MYB Casino / My Bookie seized my ENTIRE balance of $210,000. Yes, a balance of $210,000! MYB Casino ad-hoc disabled my account, without any notification sent to me, or providing any information as to why they took action in disabling my account. After consistently trying to speak with their Casino Management and Casino Security Teams without any success for 3-weeks, I finally received an email notification from them that my account had been reenabled but with a balance of $0!
MYB Casino / My Bookie cited a "policy" allegedly allowing them to seize my entire winnings. MYB Casino / My Bookie cited that somehow two slot games ran by slot game manufacturer, Betsoft, (Take the Bank and Take Santa's Bank) had "glitches" in those two slot games dating all the way back to June, 2020. This would be 9 months ago! MYB Casino / My Bookie stated that Betsoft notified them of the "glitch" in both slot games and asked for an immediate review of my account to take place.
It is incomprehensible that MYB Casino / My Bookie would be notified 9 months later (June, 2020 to March, 2021) about such "glitches" that were allegedly found in these two slots games, when these two slot games are being played at thousands of online casino sites around the world. MYB Casino, specifically, advertises on its website that all of their slot games are consistently audited for fair play, using RNG technology. Betsoft states the same thing on their website. Yet, somehow alleged "glitches" in those two slot games were present as far back as June, 2020 and online casinos around the world were never notified of this until 9 months later? Sure!
Even though those two slot games use RNG technology like ALL slot games use, which are also consistently reviewed by MYB Casino / My Bookie, Betsoft, and the Curacao Gaming and Gambling bodies; somehow MYB Casino / My Bookie is claiming that there were "glitches" in these two slot games, and I somehow KNEW this and somehow took advantage of these two slot games for nearly a year.
As such, they cited a "policy" that allows them to seize my ENTIRE winnings all the way back beginning in June, 2020.
    FRAUD!
Additionally, during the evening of March 31, 2021, MYB Casino / My Bookie reenabled my account, but with a balance of $0, and under my account, they show 43 separate manual debit transactions of -$5,000, thus eliminating my entire balance!
The intent of MYB Casino / My Bookie is clear. To avoid paying a Player large winnings earned over time, they will seize your winnings ad-hoc and inform you that you somehow "gamed" the slots, giving them the full right to seize your balance.
THAT'S WHEN I IMMEDIATELY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CURACAO E-GAMING GOVERNING BODY. THEY ARE CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING MYB / MY BOOKIE AS OF APRIL 1, 2021.
So, you as a Player, please make your own conclusions based upon the above.
What has occurred should be quite clear and obvious to all Players. This matter is nothing more than MYB Casino / My Bookie purposely and illegitimately trying to find a way to avoid paying a Player significant and rightful winnings which occurred over a 9-month period. The winnings occurred fair and square. The two slot games specifically mentioned previously were played within the posted rules and under RNG technology the entire time those slot games were played.
Players and online casinos know there that is NO possible way for a Player to "rig" or "cheat" any online slot game.
It is totally ludicrous, insulting, fraudulent, and criminal what MYB Casino / My Bookie has done. It is completely unfair, unwarranted, and is essentially an illegal way to rip away a Player's winnings to allegedly avoid paying a Player.
MYB Casino / My Bookie allegedly realized that having to pay a Player $210,000 would significantly break them financially. This emphasizes the extreme caution that a Player should take before even considering to play at MYB Casino / My Bookie.
In conclusion, I highly recommend ALL Players to use extreme caution and strongly reconsider ever playing at MYB Casino / My Bookie.
It would be very disheartening to learn that other Players with winnings, having their entire balances seized at a momentís notice, with absolutely no fault from the Player.
Please use my occurrence as a very real and clear example that you, as a Player, should exercise extreme caution before moving forward to play at MYB Casino / My Bookie.

How long did it take you to build up to $210,000 dollars?

Why would you run up a big balance at a shit book like MyBookie? I could see if you hit a big parlay or had a hot run over a couple days but if you left money in that book for 9 months, you are nuts!

MYB Casino only allows for a $2,000 maximum payout per week. That is the biggest issue. For that period of time, I took out a total of 42 payouts for a total of $84,000. The balance remaining was $211,000. Then in March, 2021, they locked my account without any notification or reason. Three weeks later, the seized my entire balance, claiming the slot games I was playing over a 9-month period had "glitches" dating back to June, 2020 (Betsoft slot games). Clearly, they got tired of paying me out. If I could have take more than $2,000 per week, I would have in a heartbeat.

THE CURACAO E-GAMING GOVERNING BODY IS CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING MYB / MY BOOKIE AS OF APRIL 1, 2021. They are also looking into BetSoft (which is the Operator of the slot games). Another issue is that the email address the CEG has for BetSoft keeps bouncing. It's a total mess!

I've asked for SBR for help and to get involved. My Complaint was filed through SBR back on March 14, 2021. As of this evening, I have not heard a single reply from SBR. When you file a Complaint through SBR, they advertise on its website that it will take 3-5 business days for them to reply to a filed Complaint. Clearly, that has not happened in this case.

You would think SBR would want to get involved with this one. The balance in question is huge, and would be an enormous "win" for SBR if they could put their name behind successfully helping to recapture fraudulent and illegitimated methods of seizing rightful winnings from a Player.

Maybe SBR will read this and get involved and help me! :-)

If you have already gone to the license issuer, MyBookie will probably only say we should wait for that outcome, but you are welcome to submit a sportsbook complaint form https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

Which other places have you asked to intervene so far?

Please see my comments above. I submitted a formal complaint to Sportsbook Review on March 14, 2021. Other than receiving an immediate auto-reply when the Complaint was submitted, I have not heard anything from Sportsbook Review. The two emails that are associated with the Complaint submitted to Sportsbook Review are: help@sportsbookreview.com and cases@sportsbookreview.com.

Documentation was also submitted as clear evidence supporting my Complaint.

I have formally submitted a Complaint with the Curacao e-Gaming Governing Body. Betsoft (the operator of the slot games) does not allow for Complaints to be filed. Instead, the Player needs to submit a formal complaint through the gaming licensing body. There are no other licensing avenues in which to submit a formal Complaint. This is where Sportsbook Review can intervene and be a huge asset for helping to resolve the Complaint in my favor.

Sportsbook Review could place tremendous pressure on MYB Casino / My Bookie to reverse what they have knowingly and purposely done to my account and balance. I respectfully request for Sportsbook Review to review my submitted Complaint on March 14, 2021 and begin to take action against MYB Casino / My Bookie in helping to have the seizure of my entire account balance reversed, with the full amount of the balance placed back into the account. The account should also be re-enabled, with no restrictions for having the balance paid-out.

    Thanks!

I initially made a $2,000-$3,000 deposit. Then, over the course of time, the balance ran-up. Up and down. Initially, after getting to a balance of $47,000, I lost $34,000, to get to a balance of $13,000. Then, I was able to run the balance back up again over a long period of time. I lost a significant amount of money as well during the course of those 9 months. At one point back in January/February, 2021, my balance had reached $244,000, but I lost a confirmed amount of money equaling $126,000 primarily on three slot games (Book of Darkness, Reels of Wealth, and Fairies). The MYB Casino auditor (the person solely responsible for the seizure of my account balance), confirmed that I had lost $126,000. During those two months (January/February, 2021), the balance dropped to a level of $168,000. Through continued play, the balance reached $211,000 in mid-March, 2021. That is when MYB Casino disabled my account ad-hoc without any notice or reason, until I learned 3 weeks later that they had seized my entire balance of $211,000. As of today, my account is unable to be accessed. They continue to disable my account.

Thank you kindly. I hope MYB Casino / My Bookie end-up doing the right thing. I did nothing wrong. I just played the games as presented. Just like any other Player does.

You mean Gaming Curacao, right? Curacao E-Gaming and Gaming Curacao are two very different animals, and MyBookie is not licensed with CEG but with GC.

I would be VERY interested in BetSofts version of events. They may be very interested in MyBookies claim that two of their slots had "glitches" for almost one year. I know MyBookie is shit, I've been posting MyBookie=Scam here for years but it sounds like it took MyBookie 3 weeks to come up with an excuse for zeroing out your account while throwing BetSoft under the bus.

Curacao e-Gaming. They are the ones whom regulate Betsoft (slot operator) and also MYB Casino. Their logo/seal is on the MYB Casino website and both link directly to Curacao e-Gaming.

I am not aware of Gaming Curacao.

PD77: Thank you for your comments. I agree with you 100% and I have also had similar thoughts about this as well. There is no way Betsoft would allow alleged "glitches" to occur for so long at 1,000's of online casino sites. It appears very clear that MYB Casino / My Bookie are trying to come up with something to not have to pay me my legitimate and rightful winnings.

I am hopeful that between the CEG, Sportsbook Review, and this Forum, that MYB Casino will do the right thing and put the entire balance back on my account with full access.

so it's not like they are even leaving $2K or $3K in there saying the play on that was wrong. they just took your whole balance. do they explain the justification in that?

No, they removed the balance all the way down to $0. I tried reaching them daily for 3 weeks and finally received word that they had seized my entire balance of $210,085.70 because they said that Betsoft contacted them to let them know there were "glitches" in two of the slot games that I had been playing (Take The Bank and Take Santa's Bank). According to MYB Casino, they said that Betsoft asked for a "review" of my account and that the MYB Casino Security and MYB Casino Management Teams were looking into my play on those two slot games. After three weeks of "review" they determined that I somehow knew there was a glitch in those slot games since June, 2020 and took advantage of it. They also said that I had requested 42 payouts of $2,000 each over those 9 months for a total of $84,000.

It is ludicrous to think that any Player could take any advantage of an online slot game, especially when all slot games use RNG technology and is constantly being reviewed and audited for fairness by the Casino 9MYB Casino / My Bookie), the Gaming Governing Bodies associated with licensing, and the Operator (i.e. Betsoft).

The MYB Casino Auditor (whom works for MYB Casino and My Bookie and NOT for any Curacao Gaming body), recommended to the MYB Casino Management team to disable my account and seize the entire $210,085.70 remaining balance, and that they felt that myself already having cashed-out $84,000 in total payouts over those 9-month was a "fair settlement" in returned. The MYB Casino / My Bookie Auditor also stated to me verbatim, "If I were you, I'd be pissed-off too about this", while inviting me to have my account re-enabled with a balance of $0.00 and play with them again once those slot games were patched.

I then told them to go "F-OFF!"

I later found out that they went into my account and seized the whole balance of $210,085.70 by manually showing 43 individual transactions of -$5,000 until the balance was zero.

I have the documentation to prove it.

Sportsbook Review also should have this in my Complaint submitted to them on March 14, 2021. I am just waiting to hear back from Sportsbook Review.

    I need their assistance!

Wouldn't a slow grind machine with small wins and small losses make it more difficult to run up a large balance (assuming the machine was designed to be -EV)? Less variance.

Yes. It was very difficult. I also lost $126,000 on other slots too....Betsoft slots and Nucleus slots. MYB Casino / My Bookie doesn't want to talk about that. They only wanted to focus on my balance and seize my winnings; focusing on two slot games only. I played a lot of different slots over the course of those 9 months. MYB Casino / My Bookie just wanted to find a way to not pay me because I'm sure my balance of winnings of $210,085.70 significantly hurt them financially.

Tough. They are a casino and that is their risk in operating a casino. People win. People lose. They owe me this money and I'm not going to stop this matter until I get it back.

    All of it.

I did not withdrawal my initial deposit. They just seized whatever was left in my balance ($210,085.70) after declining my 43rd payout of the maximum weekly $2,000. They never notified me of the declined payout request on March 9, 2021 until 3-weeks later...when they notified me of deciding to seize my balance of $210,085.70 due to Betsoft slot "glitches'.

It's all bullshit. They know it. I know it. Hopefully this forum and SBR will do what is possible to keep these jerk-offs in-line and in compliance, and give me back my money. They stole it.. plain and simple.

It's totally unreal, frustrating, and outright criminal.

It's all bullshit. They know it. I know it. Hopefully this forum and SBR will do what is possible to keep these jerk-offs in-line and in compliance, and give me back my money. They stole it.. plain and simple.

It's totally unreal, frustrating, and outright criminal.

I want to clarify something because your answers to @pologq do not seem to be aligning with what I've read in your posts upthread. It sounds to me like you made an initial deposit of $2-3k and ran that up. Yes, you've had big ups and big downs, but that was all after you had already run up a large balance.

Meanwhile, you've withdrawn $84k. Therefore, if I'm understanding this correctly, you are about $81-82k in the black, even after MyBookie took the remainder of your balance. And therefore, MyBookie did not steal your deposit money.

Do I have this correct? I'm not trying to marginalize anything MyBookie allegedly did; I'm just trying to get the facts straight. If they stole your balance, that would be a no-brainer issue right there which MyBookie would need to make right, with or without resolution to the casino software glitch question.

Are we talking about the same casino?

Let me clarify then. I made an initial deposit of $2,000-$3,000. During the course of the 9-months (June, 2020 - March, 2021), my balance when up and down. Additionally during those 9 months, I took out a total of 42 payouts, all being the maximum of $2,000 per week (7 days). Thus, I was able to take a combined amount of money in payouts equating to $84,000 (42 payouts at $2,000/each). When they disabled my account, I had a balance of $210,085.70 remaining in my account.

No matter how it is viewed, they seized my remaining balance of $210,085.70. I view that is stealing my money. I won that money fair and square and they owe it to me. When someone seizes your money, they have essentially stolen it form you. The initial deposit amount is immaterial here.

You can also look at it this way: I have won a total of $294,085.70. I got $84,000 of that. They owe me the remaining $210,085.70. Since they seized that entire remaining balance, I view that as stealing my money. They should pay me the remaining $210,085.70 as those are my winnings that I have not been able to take payouts on. My balance is now $0.00 since they seized it. All of it.
    I hope this helps clarify.

Yes. MYB Casino / My Bookie show that as being their license. However, if you look up mybcasino.ag, you till notice that their specific license is "x'd" out and not valid. Take a look at the bottom of their specific website where the seals are. You can't even click on the Betsoft logo. Only the My Bookie portion appears to be valid with GC.

If both of these licenses are valid, the CEG, GA, and Betsoft should have major issues with what has occurred here in the seizing of my account winnings.

Take a look at this. This should shock this forum and Sportsbook Review.

Although in the first image you only see the first page of manual transactions of -$5,000, you will notice that MYB Casino made 43 similar manual transactions until the balance of $210,085.70 was eliminated. You will also see how MYB Casino noted each manual transaction.

In the second image, you will see where they took the whole amount.....-$210,085.70

Of course files complaints but I doubt that will help there really are no online regs
It's not like brick an mortar casinos

It's not x'd out on my side. If I click on the seal, I am being redirected to the site I made a screenshot of in #25

Anyways, I am surprised that you got an answer from CEG at all. Usually they give a F about complaints.

Thanks. I appreciate that. Correct. I got $84,000 in payouts. $211,000 remains. They just don't want to pay me anymore. Either way, they still owe me the money.
