    Delayed Bitcoin withdrawal at Cashbet.ag

    Hi Folks,

Anyone else waiting for a bitcoin withdrawal at Cashbet.ag?

I've been waiting a week now for my $1000 USD bitcoin withdrawal from Cashbet.ag. (BTW, I've received one bitcoin withdrawal from Cashbet.ag prior to this) I spoke to their Live Chat today and they said:

"The payment processor is not being able to get more bitcoins - there's a shortage in the market because of the high prices"

Can anyone shed some light on this pls? Does anyone know more about Cashbet.ag and their dealings? I've read some of the posts on here and mostly they're mixed reviews.

If there's a bitcoin shortage in the market wouldn't that affect ALL OTHER bitcoin books by not allowing them to pay bitcoin withdrawals to ALL THEIR customers???

Maybe tell them you are fine to be paid another way this time and see what happens?

I suggested this to them and they said "No, we cannot funds cards" and "We don't have Skrill or Neteller either".

    Hi all,

I haven't been paid my 2x pending withdrawals. I'll be submitting a complaint very soon. Sick and tired of this bs. Cashbet.ag keep saying "they've a bitcoin shortage" etc. How long will this bitcoin shortage last? Weeks, months, years? If that's the case, I'll never get paid! I've already been ripped off 2.6k by another book (Fairwaybet.net) who refuses to pay me so I don't trust any book until they pay me.

I spoke with Cashbet.ag today who said the following:

Me: Hi Rick, any updates on the bitcoin withdrawal situation pls?Rick: Hello! No, I am sorry but I do not handle any further information regarding that matter.
In addition, I spoke to Cashbet.ag on Sunday 28th March 2021 on live chat and the operator said the following:

[11:20:47] Rick: : Hello! This is Rick. How can I help you today?
[11:27:47] Rick: : Hello! In this moment the BitCoin market is suffering a very rough moment. The exchange rate has raised to 56k the unit and for our payment processor it has been almost impossible to purchase large amounts of BitCoins to complete our payouts.
[11:28:39] Rick: : There is no availability of this currency to purchase large amounts and if there is any allowance, it is really expensive
[11:29:04] Me: why can't I be paid via Skrill or via alternate methods?
[11:30:07] Rick: : For international players (outside USA) our payments processor is unable to offer alternate payment methods.
[11:30:34] Me: Yes but in exceptional circumstances allowance should be made.
[11:30:56] Me: this is not an ordinary situation (which I adhered to)
[11:31:10] Rick: : We are counting to have more players depositing BitCoins in order to have available balance in the wallet to complete payments,
[11:31:55] Rick: : The problem we have are some international restrictions we are dealing with so we can offer alternate methods in the near future
[11:32:06] Rick: : Right now, we don't have them yet
[11:32:56] Me: I know what you're saying but when you say "we are counting to have more players deposit bitcoin - which i understand - ...what if this doesn't happen?
[11:33:14] Me: there needs to be contingency procedures in place...
[11:33:19] Me: not rely on one solution
[11:34:25] Rick: : We are receiving few deposits in BitCoins daily, however we must be completing payments in the order of "First Come, first served"
[11:34:47] Me: I was told my pending withdrawal was high up on the list....
[11:34:49] Rick: : We can not complete all the payments as fast as we want
[11:35:33] Me: I understand all this but now I've to wait more days...(it's Sunday here) and (Saturday your time) ...your payments team only work mon-fri?
[11:35:57] Rick: : Yes, they will be back on Monday
[11:36:32] Me: I really hope you can tell your management team to offer more withdrawal options in the future - skrill, neteller, ecopayz, **** etc.....these are all good to use...
    [11:36:36] Me: like you said
[11:36:52] Me: bitcoin can be unpredictable
[11:36:58] Rick: : They are on top of that subject.
[11:37:16] Me: ok then...thanks for hearing my concerns....thanks Rick, bye

Did they charge you $250 for the second payout? On top of a $1000 weekly withdrawal limit these guys also charge a 25 percent processing fee if you don't have enough action per week.

That bonus is solid but their weekly withdrawal limit of $1000 is ridiculous. If you win too much and try to wait out the next week, you get charged $250. I guess that's what's preventing them from going broke.

We would like to inform you that according to our Terms of Service, in order to be eligible for a free withdrawal your account must:

    (i) be active for at least two consecutive weeks at the time of request;

An active account is defined as an account that shows a continuous pattern of betting activity that represent a minimum of $250 in action each week, during the preceding 30 days.

The alternative is paying a penalty fee of 25% of the withdrawal amount and receive your withdrawal as soon as possible. You can always continue playing within your normal betting patterns (or at least make bets for no less than $250 a week) and request your free withdrawal again
