He hasnt used their website since February. Friend cant log in. Insist he put in right password. They sent him an email to reset password but he couldn't get in. Message he got was "The confirmation link is either invalid or outdated. Please request a new one." He called them. But now for some strange reason he didnt get any email/links after they allegedly sent it three times. Im sure they have his email address online. They hung up basically because they didnt want to be bothered with it. Sounds real fishy to me. Appears Betonline is still a shady operation. He will fill out the SBR complaint form.

If they truly hung up on your "friend", then there's obviously more here than meets the eye. Their customer service may not be up to Apple standards, but they don't just hang up on customers for no reason. This story has been very fishy from the beginning and continues to get worse.
