Proof that Armenian software provider DIGITAIN lied about license

A week ago they claimed in their footer: "Digitain MT is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority to offer type 1 and type 2 B2B gaming services license number MGA/B2B/xxx/2019 issued on the XXXX November 2019. Company Details: Digitain MT | Terraces No.1 | The Penthouse Suite | Triq Il-Kannizzata | Balzan | Malta."

I filed a complaint with MGA because I had an issue with a book that uses the Digitain software. MGA replied that neither the book nor the software supplier Digitain are currently licensed by MGA.

I forwarded MGA's statement to Digitain. Yesterday Digitain rebuild their homepage and changed the text in the footer. Now it says: "
Digitain MT will be licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority to offer B2B gaming services license number MGA/B2B/xxx/2020 issued on the XXXX 2020. Company Details: Digitain MT | Terraces No.1 | The Penthouse Suite | Triq Il-Kannizzata | Balzan | Malta."

I wonder why they put only "Malta Gaming Authority". They could write Malta, Curacao, Costa Rica, Gibraltar after "will be licensed and regulated by ..." - who can say they won't be

I am amazed every time I read a new thread by you, Lonnie. You have the patience of a saint.

I assume you are making very good money to put up with dealing with all these sleazy books every time they try and screw you.

Have you ever thought of doing something regarding sportsbook regulation or even sportsbook complaints. I feel like very few people can have your expertise and knowledge in this area. And any time you have better skills than anyone else in any field then that skill should be able to be monetized.

    I only know

ZigZag777, Argo Casino, Ivi Casino - those belong together
Pin-up.bet - just a matter of time until they stop paying
    Finbet.bet - straight scam
xlivebet.com - newly launched book from Bosnia; I personally made good experiences with Bosnian books but currently xlivebet does not offer any compatible payment methods for Germans

BTW, Digitain is a primarily an aggregator who also operates the largest sportsbook in Armenia, totogaming. I seriously doubt they are a scam.

Well, depends on how you define a scam. Maybe Digitain as a software provider is not a scam itself but they definitely have no problem to work together with scammers.

Certainly the same could be said for any PPH provider when a bookie goes rogue. But, since you brought it up, what makes finbet a "scam book"? Curious.

Change it to "semi-scam". At the point I wrote "straight scam" I had already been trying to withdraw my funds for weeks. They didn't reply to emails and blocked all of my withdrawal requests. Eventually I received my money but it was a tedious process. Also, the whole communication was in Russian and via internal messages. They never replied to any of my emails.

At the moment I am trying to withdraw my funds at another Digitain based book called CasinoAllright/AllrightCasino (all77.co). They said they need 75 days to investigate my account. I just won some multiple bets. No idea what they're investigating as I never took any of their bonus or free bets.

I also want to recall the ridiculous marathon I had to master when I tried to withdraw my funds at Pin-up.bet: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...l#post29123237

"The odyssey is finally over: I got all of my money out of this shit book. It took me 3 months and 30 attempts. 16 of which were successful, 14 were cancelled (for different reasons, see below).

    • first 3 withdrawals via Bitcoin successfully processed within 3-12 hours
    • 4th withdrawal attempt cancelled after 5 days: no reason
    • 5th withdrawal attempt cancelled after 3 days: „problem with external provider“ (external provider with Bitcoin lol). Then I was advised to use another payment method, so I chose Ecopayz
    • 6th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz successfully processed after 3 days
    • 7th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz successfully processed after 3 days
    • 8th withdrawal attempt cancelled after 3 days: „technical issues“. I was asked to use Bitcoin again
    • 9th withdrawal attempt cancelled after 3 days: no reason

Additional KYC procedure took almost 4 weeks

    • 10th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin successfully processed after 4 days
    • 11th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin cancelled after 3 days: no reason
    • 12th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz successfully processed after 2 days
    • 13th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz successfully processed within a day
    • 14th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz successfully processed within 2 days
    • 15th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz cancelled after one day: „To withdraw funds, you should create an application for withdrawal of funds using the deposit method.“
    • 16th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin cancelled after 3 days but this time the money was not back on my account; it took them 2 days to fix that problem; then they told me to use Ecopayz although they told me before to use the method I used for the deposit „You may try using EcopayZ“ „I did. But you told me to use the method I used for deposit.“ „Keep using BitCoin, but if it fails you may try using EcopayZ“
    • 17th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin cancelled after 3 days: „Change the withdrawal method, please.“* case no. 80697
    • 18th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz cancelled after 2 days: „The withdrawal was canceled, because at the time of processing the application, there were less funds in your account than the amount indicated in the application for withdrawing funds.“
    • 19th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz cancelled after a day: „The withdrawal was canceled, because at the time of processing the application, there were less funds in your account than the amount indicated in the application for withdrawing funds.“ and „We regret that this happened. We will pay you the funds, the problem is on the side of payment systems. Please fill out the application through Bitcoin“
    • 20th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin cancelled after 2 days: „Conclusions were canceled due to internal errors. Create another application, please.“
    • I reduced the withdrawal amount from 1k to 500
    • 21th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin successfully processed after 2 days
    • 22th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin cancelled after 2 days: „You tried to withdraw funds to another account, but according to the rules, the withdrawal is carried out by the same method as you replenished the account.“
    • 23th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz successfully processed after 2 days
    • 24th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz cancelled after 2 days: no reason
    • 25th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin successfully processed within a day
    • 26th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin successfully processed after 2 days (271)
    • 27th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin cancelled after 4 days; different reasons: e.g. „You tried to withdraw funds to another account, but according to the rules, the withdrawal is carried out by the same method as you replenished the account.“ and „the cancellation occurred on the side of the payment system provider“ (500)
    • 28th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz successfully processed within a day (300)
    • 29th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz successfully processed after 2 days (400)
    • 30th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz successfully processed within a day (300)"
