    Betwinner.com stole 6'500 € from me.
I'm not here for pity, I just wanted to warn you from this bookmaker:

    Betwinner.com

I know 1xbet and their followers are mostly scam but 22bet was solid for me so I tried another one of them.

    Here's what happened:

I deposited 400 € and made around 6'500 € out of it. Mostly live bets on small hockey markets. Well, the limits were very good with around 500 per click so it was a fun experience.
Until I received the following mail:

Good Day. We are bringing to your notice that we made a decision to stop any collaboration with you (closing your gaming account) on the basis of General Terms and Conditions of the Bookmaker Company:
Should the bettor commit fraud in respect to the bookmaker (such as the registration of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting, if the betting account is not used for betting, the improper use of loyalty schemes, etc.), the bookmaker reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by:
Effective as of 1 January 2011. bet cancellation; closure of the customer’s account with the balance being refunded; filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.

The decision was made after rigorous investigation of the case by The Security Department.
We ask you not to create gaming accounts with The Company.
Due to the fact that your actions have been recognized as flagrant violation of The T&Cs of our Company, the decision of stopping any cooperation with you was final and not subject to further appeal.
All further questions concerning the case of blocking from your side will be ignored.

You can withdraw the deposited sum only.

I can assure you that of course I did not do anything from that list such as arbitration, software betting etc.
They did not specify which of their rules I disrespected. I asked them via mail but no answer.

The next day, the 6'500 € were gone and my balance was back to 400 €.

Tel. support or live chat say they don't know anything and I have to ask the security department per mail, which is funny cause they literally said that All further questions concerning the case of blocking from your side will be ignored.

If someone has an advice with maybe 1% chance to get my money back I will appreciate it very much.

If not, at least I hope my case will give them a dozen less costumers for their fraudulent system.

    HELLO

I am having the same problem:

    Hello

26 days ago a withdrawal request was rejected. I received a message to send documents. First they wanted a copy of my citizen card (front and back), then they asked me for screnshots from my Skrill account, then a selfie with me holding my citizen card and their email as a background, then they asked me if I knew a certain person and finally I was told to write a code and today's date on paper and hold it to my face. I sent them everything you asked for.

11 days after the start of this process, I received an email saying that I had committed fraud (but they do not explain what fraud I allegedly committed) and that they were going to close my account. They only let me raise 389 Euros out of my 2727 Euros! They steal me 2337 Euros! What can I do?My account number at betwinner.com : 96136225
