Heritage is one of my best books. This is a very innovative feature to offer their customers.

Does the cancelled bet result in a 100% return of ticket value; or a percentage?

A custom $ amount will be offered and displayed for consideration. We'll work on building some examples of using the feature and integrating it into the Heritage Sports review page.

It's hilarious to call this a feature. They probably charge you 10% to cancel your wager.

You can already cancel your wager by just wagering on the other side, so unless they're giving you a better price than doing that, it's kind of a joke. Not to mention if you're well funded at other books, you could probably 'cancel' your wager at a better price.

Whilst I agree the margin offered is key to whether the feature is good or not, there is massive variance across books I use in terms of what they offer, the real reason people love this feature so much is so they can bail out when they do not have money sitting in a book where they are able to bet the other side live.

Or where there is no live market at all.

I used this with bovada. It helps give you cash faster if you have a win and want to get that money on something coming up before the previous game ends.

Opti this has nothing to do with live betting. You can only cashout before the match starts.

Just to start with. Article says it will include in-play cashouts in the near future.

This offer applies pre game start only but the point is taken. This, leverage, and call in hedge bets all allow the bettor to make a move and basically generate funds when there are none left.

You don’t need to be a “VIP Big-Time Losing Client” to get one of these “loans” so hats off to Heritage.

I think they assume anyone who needs leverage is by definition a "VIP Big-Time Losing Client." That said, I am in favor of offering options.

It would be more simple than trying to hedge and deal with that. So if you have a big dog ml and they have a lead early I would think you could still get a nice little win out of it.
