contact them at 1-844-866-BETS(2387) and ask to speak to a Lines Manager. Once
you have spoken to them, they will inform you of the required steps needed to
receive your payment. ))
Over the last 7 days I have now made that call every single day and every single time I call I am told a different excuse by one of their customer service representatives with a promise that a lines manager will call me back asap. still no call
not sure what else to do at this point. hopefully this will get the attention of someone who can help.
