Over the last 7 days I have now made that call every single day and every single time I call I am told a different excuse by one of their customer service representatives with a promise that a lines manager will call me back asap. still no call

not sure what else to do at this point. hopefully this will get the attention of someone who can help.

If you end up dealing with Butch... good luck or don’t even bother. I suggest speaking with David Strauss if they let you. He helped me. He was respectful and discussed in detail the concerns they had. They were holding my account for over $22K and Butch refused to tell me why until about 2 weeks later. I just got a withdrawal authorized today and my account is active. Dealing with butch there was an absolute nightmare.

During one of my calls, the agent told me that there was a note on my account and that the payout was rejected because of their "50/50 policy". This is puzzling because I read about that on Reddit many months ago and have carefully tracked all of my wagers to make sure I was in compliance so there wouldn't be any trouble. I'm hoping this is just a misunderstanding and that I'll be able to talk to them soon and iron things out.

All advertising dollars....this place seems like the worst. First of all, why the hell is there a “50/50” rule? Secondly, its a little worrisome this many people are coming forward about being paid. Only a small percentage of folks are lucky enough to come across this form. I understand SBR can only do so much, but possibly a call to upper management to discuss all the payout issues? Something is clearly going on.

There have been quite a few MyBookie and Xbet payouts reported. MyBookie should probably get a downgrade but I wouldn't say they are a full fledged no pay book. I got paid there last week I think it was. They are more of a hassle than a scam book. But it's definitely concerning the recent posts on here. Definitely not a book I'd suggest most people play at.

I agree that the recent influx of reports is concerning. But you cannot say they aren't paying anyone. i received 4 payouts in the last week.

so I spoke to david straus he basically cited his 50/50 rule and told me that my live to pre-game ratio was close enough he was going to allow me to make a withdrawal. I am currently locked out of live betting until I even out my live to pre-game ratio

bottom line for me I guess is that I got paid while others have not been so fortunate.

Also speaks to what everyone already knows, their notorious 50/50 rule is just a BS excuse not to pay a majority that are due for a payout. If it was a legit rule, no one would say, well you’re close enough, we’ll allow a cash out now pal.

I would be shocked if this were true. They say that to you in conversation in order to avoid confrontation but never give it back. But the truth is they took live betting away from you because you were proving to be too profitable in that area. If it were truly just about the 50/50, then there's no reason to block live betting. You withdraw again in the future unless your betting amounts are balanced out anyways, so there's no point.

I might be wrong here, but I do not expect that you'll be getting those live betting privileges back again.
