Bookmaker is a solid book, their lines are right in the middle.
Where they excel has been in customer service for me. Every payout has been withing a couple days and I'm in the US.
However the reason I am writing is that their wagering department at 11:30 Pacific time, listened to me call in not once, but twice because i ****ed up my freeplay.
To clarify, i TWICE forgot to hit the parlay checkbox and made 100 parlays. They could have easily said FU and moved on, but they reversed everything and made me happy. You know its a good service when you call in the second time and can hear the same supervisor in the background go "damn that guy" while laughing, and still within seconds refund your bet.
I have 500 at bookmaker, they refunded 200 dollars of my mistakes. Last time I asked for a payout it was 1300 and I got it within 3 days.
They have my recommenadation.
