Pinnacle blocked account and don't explain anything during 4 days
    Hello!

I've already filled a complaint to Pinnacle yesterday and need to publicize my situation any way.

Pinnacle.com blocked my account A******6 4 days ago and illegal froze my money 3383.31 USD.
My account in Pinnacle is old (some years) and verified not once (last verification with ID and utility bill was made in July 2019). I made lots of bets, deposits and withdrawals at my account. Everything was OK.Last bets was made 21 Sept 2019. After that I was on vacation 2 weeks and didn't use my account. When I tried to place first bet after vacation 6 Oct 2019 I had a message "Wagering is currently disabled for this account, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@pinnacle.com". I wrote to support and received answer "Your account currently is under review and your is temporarily restricted. Once the review is over, you will be informed". Later I tried to know what happens with my account, what they review and when they complete it but every time I have the same answer "We are awaiting for an answer from the appropriate department, we can therefore unfortunately not give a time frame". Withdrawal from my account is also blocked, there is a message "Please note that no withdrawals are accepted for your account. An email has been sent to your registered email address with more information" (at that there is no any email with "more information").
In fact Pinnacle illegal hold my money at least 4 days and don't explain it at all!

Also I sent complaint to certria@gaminglicences.com (the only way to write to Curacao Gaming License I found).

Did anyone have the same issue? What could you advice to do more in my situation?

While frustrating 4 days is not a long time so I would wait a little longer before doing anything. And while Pinnacle has gone downhill in terms of odds, I have always viewed them as reliable, so assuming you have done nothing wrong, I wouldn't worry about funds.

Perhaps someone else gained access to your account from a different jurisdiction.

Pinnacle may have frozen your account for your own protection.

I'm sure this will be resolved.

      Keep us posted.

If you send in a sportsbook complaint SBR can ask a manager to check your account situation.

But as already said, I would give them a bit more time to do whatever they need to before worrying too much.
